Wallets should be reported to the police for holding people’s money
Wallets’ UI guards you through a great user experience to put your money in and then just when you discover that you can’t do anything useful with the money you also discover that you can’t take your money out. How is this even legal?

Wallets Africa will only allow you to deposit money into the account, once you do that, you can’t withdraw or use it for any services, I have 15,000 there for more than 5 months now and my friend has 25,000 with them too, they don’t respond to anything.

Worst app ever
This app is disgusting and you might lose your funds if you keep using them. Customer service is very poor, transaction always failed and you might not even get a refund but you might be lucky is some rare cases. This should be the worst digital banking app I’ve ever seen. You can’t fund your card again because you’ll keep getting error. If there’s a way, would’ve given a zero rating 🤦♂️

POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS
Where is the customer care contact details that I can use to resolve my problems here on Wallets Africa. I have failed transfers up to 15k that have not been refunded up till now and no response from their live support
2nd review, it’s really horrible
Now added to the fact that you can’t transfer your money out, they have a limit of 5000 daily airtime limit, so that money has to be with them and they trade with it in the background. This is pure criminal, they prevent you from making transfers, there’s no customer care, the usd card is a hoax, doesn’t get funded, they allow you purchase only 5k recharge daily. People; boycott this scam until they are shutdown. Ignore every single 5 star rating, it’s their own people. Boycott. Save your money.

I opened an account with them and i was instructed to verify my account to perform many more transactions which I actually did, I uploaded all the required documents and today make it 4weeks 2days that have uploaded all my documents but yet my account status still showing document reviewing and I wasn’t able to send out my first deposit (sum of 20k). I even messaged their customer care uptill now i got no response from them

Scam company
This is a scam company do not download or try to deposit money into your account they will tell you to verify documents, once you submit documents they won’t verify you and you can’t take your money back. They are ripping people off and also bad customer support everything is fake do not download
Poor app
This app is nothing but trash… I made a fund transfer to local bank, the transaction failed and my money was debited..: the funniest part is that their customer care is so poor that I did not get any response after I logged the complaint.. it’s 72hrs now and still counting

If your balance is low there is no issue, the moment you fund the bank is when your connection that is working for other apps won't be able to log you in again, if you later log in, to fund your dollar card you could use up to 48 hrs, for payment it's like another 48 hrs, you people are so useless

Worst app ever
I recently got debited from the app and haven’t been refunded for 2days now. Funny thing is they let you deposit but once you want to withdraw is failed payment upon failed payment. I regret using this app. Please kindly refund my money.

Scam
These people have become a pure scam industry, in the last one month I have tried to verify my account after funding it and they keep saying it will be worked on. I’ve gotten this statement almost every five days in the last one month and till today same result. They won’t verify the account, they won’t give me my money back.
