love my membership, app is handy
App is simple but gets the job done. the service is always friendly and thorough. Been a member 6 months and very happy with my ability to make appointments or cancel. I love being able to get my teeth cleaned in the same manner/frequency I get my nails done or hair cut. The waitlist feature is the best to get offers for sooner appointments and full their last minute availability. cleanings and replies from customer service via text. Like all appointments in NYC you may have to book somewhat in advance but that’s to be expected.

App is pointless
Cannot reschedule appointments, view receipts from membership purchase or anything. Only has 2-3 screens total that you can’t do much with besides update billing since that’s all that matters. So hard to get help with this platform. I had asked the AI bot for a receipt when I signed up and it said someone would reach out to me months later, nothing.

Great Service
I recommend 100%. It’s great when you don’t have insurance.
Hard to get appointments
They advertise unlimited cleanings. Before I signed up, late November’25, I checked and was able to get an appointment in a week. Great!
When I went, I asked my technician when I should come back. He says your teeth are healthy, but come as often as you want, come next week!
But after your first appointment,
it’s impossible to get another appointment less than 3 months out, so that gives you a maximum of 4 cleanings a year.
Still a good deal but far from what’s advertised.
Also, it’s been 7 weeks and I don’t have the whitening trays yet which they promise.
The service itself is kind of like being in a high turnover nail salon.

Stole my money
I have been attempting to delete my account and remove my payment method since the day of my initial appointment. Despite repeated texts and emails requesting immediate removal, the payment method was not deleted until several days later. Prior to its removal, an unauthorized charge of $320 was processed from my account without my consent or verification.

Is it really unlimited cleanings?
When it takes 3 months to find an open appointment, can they really claim it’s unlimited cleanings? With my math that means 4 cleanings a year. One of their sales pitches is that you won’t be bothered by sales pitches for dental treatments because they only do cleanings, but then they harass you weekly for alternative cavity treatments at the cost of $1,000s of dollars. Somewhat satisfied with the service, but it’s really not unlimited cleanings as advertised.

No way to cancel after sign up (trap) and can’t book beyond first apt.
Been using the service for months now with variable quality. First meeting was acceptable. Second one really not. If you haven’t signed up yet, i wouldn’t. Do not recommend. The only part of the App that works is the entering your card info. Wonder why..
App has a glitch
The page to update your credit card has a major glitch, it doesn’t allow you to complete your update because the keyboard doesn’t drop. The X at the top left of the page doesn’t close the page either.

I’ve been waiting for Wally’s app and am so excited it’s finally here! Appointment booking is super easy (previously was done via text message). I’ve been a member since the beginning and am so happy to see it becoming easier an easier to get cleanings and more.
