Shipping issues
The last two times I’ve had a delivery to my Walmart Business at my business. They have left it outside the door while we’ve been closed.. Other business accounts I have would not do that, and would give you a place where you can input your open hours for delivery.
Pretty good service
You can get pretty good deals here. Sometimes you don’t always get your order, but after a few orders you learned which ones to put in not all sellers are equal, but Walmart does their very best to provide.

Missed Deliveries
We’ve loved it but deliveries are starting to be missed when we need the products. Had 3 missed deliveries.
Business orders ??
We are limited to max=12. I really need 30 or 60. The limit makes me do multiple orders instead of just one order. Walmart stopped my buying stuff in store but they won’t buy in bulk for me to get 60 or even 30 of any item. Kinda crazy. If you can change me to 30 I’d be appreciative. Thanks
App is helping children
This app is working great with our tax exempt status for our board that supports children under CPS care in NE TX. This is helping us stay in our budget and quickly getting necessary items to very needy cases

Wrong add to order
After submitting the I realized 1 item I had forgotten on a 70 item order amd somehow it cancelled my whole previous order then ordered the one and charged me a $6.99 fee for being an under $35 order. My card was held for hundreds of dollars and to my disbelief they brought me one item and I then went shopping for my party ingredients elsewhere and was late setting up for a client. Also…do not think rush or 1hr delivery is reliable, they farm it out to 3rd parties who can just choose not to deliver and you have no recourse except to cancel and shop yourself. Walmart business doesn’t seem to run for businesses except their own.

Worst Customer Support for No Service
To summarize a long 14 months… I pay a lot for business +. I pay extra for express delivery. We have one car and I rely on this service. EVERY TIME I PAY EXTRA, the order gets “lost” between Spark and my local Walmart. Spark can choose to drop an order. Walmart can’t touch express orders. Regular customer service can’t help business plus accounts… Business plus closes early… Customer is left in limbo… ALL THE TIME. The store is no help. You can’t speak to Spark- unless they already delivered and you can’t ask the driver questions. It’s exhausting. We will not be renewing this service again.

App locking up asking for location set to always
App team. Your app is locking up on the pop up asking to always have location turned on.
The only way to use the current release is to give location access all the time, which is a violation of apple app policy.
Please fix,so we can resume using your app to make purchases.

Glitch
For the last two days when I open the app it wants me to allow background refresh. It’s already on. There’s an icon to ‘do not ask again’ and you can’t touch it. I don’t know if it’s a recent update or a bug you need to fix.
Tax exemption doesn’t work on app
I am tax exempt but it won’t remove the tax from my order.
Privacy Issues
Application is unusable/bricks unless you enable Walmart to use background app refresh for location services. Thats the little privacy setting that allows you to say “when using app” or “always” it enforces “always”….
