No Auction Draft Support
The app should’ve been clearer about not having support for auction drafts. Unless I am missing it which I don’t think I am there’s no way to prepare for or support an auction. I would like my money back.
Times Out frequently
For fantasy football the playoff prediction analysis times our regularly and is unable to be displayed. It is a great app in theory. Hopefully it’s just due to peak draft season.

It’s impossible to cancel
They put so many loop holes to make it impossible to cancel. I bought the subscription but it wasn’t really giving me what I was looking for, so I tried to cancel. It’s taken me over three hours just to talk to someone. I get one ai response and 30 minutes I still haven’t heard back. I’ve asked for recovery passwords and code emails, nothing. Don’t buy this app, they do their absolute best to give you a hard time.

Trash sync
Did not sync my leagues keepers despite saying it would for Sleepers. Didn't work on computer, iPad, or my phone app. Kept trying to sync it. Logged in then out. NOTHING! I want a refund.

I would give this app 5 stars but the price of the subscription is way too much.

Cost me my draft!
I thought this would be a great app for my CBS league. Downloaded and sync’d. Then when the draft started, it moved my draft date in the app to September 17th! Wouldn’t sync with CBS to update and still shows that I have the draft in three weeks even though we drafted last Saturday. Waste of money, and completely left me blind for the draft!

Doesn’t Work
Paid for the Draft tier subscription and can’t access it. I’m exchanging emails with an AI bot that doesn’t make any sense and can’t help me. Waste of time

Good app for trade value charts but mock drafts are hard to set up and not useful. Wish I could have known this before I purchased

Really poor customer service. Made purchase and was extremely disappointed with upgrade. IMMEDIATELY requested a refund and did not get any response whatsoever besides an AI assistant then was declined. Poor first experience with them… Will be going elsewhere

So I bought the content. I can’t even find a cheat sheet than when I finally find rankings it gives me ten players asking me if I wanna pay more money to get all the players. I think I already paid 40 bucks. Total scam!

Been trying like hell to reset my password, but I never get the email. I tried creating a new account but it says email in use. Want to pay for the app and use it for this season. Help!!

I had a issue with my subscription 4 days after purchasing the pro package. Of no fault of my own there was a bug that had given me access to certain parts of the app that I actually didn’t pay for. Once the bug fix patch went out it limited my access to what I had originally paid for. Having said all of that I didn’t know I hadn’t paid for what I had lost so I sent in a request for help from support. In just a few short minutes they responded. They explained why I had special access and why I had lost it now. They actually gave me
