What I think so far

I think it would be more enjoyable if there was other ways to earn spawning points or coins or whatever they are called.

Extremely creative!

This is worth your time whether you’re into creature collectors or not. It has elements of realm building, deck building and card collecting AND monster collection and evolution! With literally nearly ANYTHING with a barcode serving as a new possible monster?! It’s brilliant!

GREAT GAME

Only thing is the DRAINS my battery but its great to see what people can make

No free purple gems Mack the game not as fun no adds to get them gems.

This game is awesome

I like this game because you can earn things others can buy. The monster generation is by far the coolest out of any games I’ve played. This game is dooe!

Drop rates are bad

Common (Grey): ~95% to 98%
Uncommon (Green): ~2% to 4%
Rare (Blue): Less than 1%
Epic (Purple): ~0.25% (About 2 out of 800 spawns)
Legendary (Gold): ~0.5% (About 4 out of 800 spawns)🧪

Limited

A great concept, really cool art. I’m just really disappointed that your critters top out at level 5. There is no reason to spend money as you hit the end too fast and can’t even expand without spending money, even with the prices being quite reasonable. It’s a grind that has no way to keep players grinding. Still fun, I’m just sad the fun is effectively done.

Awesome in theory, 3 stars for trying

The concept that each person can have unique monsters by what they scan is super intriguing, but here’s the truth;
1)There is only enough monsters to battle based on current level so if you are just starting you can only play maybe 3-6 battles Total and then you are done til those battles reset.
2) once you have your 8 monsters which happens pretty quick , you are stuck with what you have because you MUST pay to
Expand your monster slots. The ability to earn monster slots faster by paying is fine but to not have any alternative is poor planning. Think pokemon go, you
Can pay for coins to
Increase monster storage
Or you can leave a monster in a gym each day and in 4 days you can expand. Ultimately you end up stacking a ton of monster generating cores on this game and the only way to use them is to
Delete one of your monsters or pay to expand
3) appearance modifiers,
Have the potential
To make cool monsters even cooler but also have the ability to make to take a fierce monster and give him a head on a tail that looks absolutely ridiculous. Making it somewhat dangerous to use them on your monster you like.
4) the battle sequences becomes pretty repetitive, pick the guys on your team against a opposing team, for each guy you pick just pick the one that has a green up arrow and you usually will
Do well .

All this being said it’s playable, it’s a solid
Idea, but ultimately I see someone coming in with a knock off of this game that incorporates the items I just said,
Rendering any money spent on this particular game, a waste.
This game seems to be a first to market as far as what I’ve played and they did a good job giving people a road map but seems there was too
Much thought on how to get paid back but missed the mark on hooking players for long term and getting g incremental purchases over time which I think will be the downfall.
As I said, it’s a good game I’m just giving my personal
Opinion

Improved

Wow this game has improved a lot since I first tried it maybe a year or two ago. Really quite interesting. Still pretty confused what’s going on but it’s nice to be able to find and battle units of different rarities and infinite ways to customize. Really curious to see how this game will improve and whether it will gain a lot of traction.

Really fun idea with great potential!

Needs some kind of tutorial to get the game moving along. Scanning the bar codes is really fun. The whole family got involved with that. I wish the time to gain the chaos summoning stuff wasn’t so long.

Greedy Slop

It’s fun to play an gen cards. There is no real progression however. Everything is behind a paywall. Can’t use most of the features without spending more than I make. Sad

Would be better if

Dear Warcodes Support Team,I am writing to express my frustration regarding the current monster storage limitations in the game.Warcodes is built around scanning barcodes and collecting diverse monsters, yet the gameplay loop is severely halted by the incredibly low inventory cap. Allowing only a single 5-slot expansion using in-game tokens before forcing players into real-money paywalls feels overly restrictive. It significantly disrupts the enjoyment of collecting and experimenting with different teams.I strongly urge the development team to consider adding more free-to-play pathways to earn storage slots, such as unlocking inventory space through gameplay milestones, scanning specific rare barcode tiers, or allowing repeatable token purchases at increasing costs, or maybe ways to earn gems in game even.Thank you for your time and for considering this feedback. I hope to see adjustments made in a future update to make the game more accommodating for dedicated players.

Definitely unit

I love that you can just scan anything and turn in into a random monster I mean genius it’s a fun game to play and you get hooked on scanning anything and everything

Wish list development

I just wish we could use coins to upgrade monsters to anything beyond Uncommon rarity and also not having monsters insta-die if I idle outside of the app for a few minutes.
*Can’t complete trades without buying and spending gems, please fix. I have the correct amount of coins but it forces me to buy gems.

Human billboard/ hook it up

I’ll say whatever you want online (about this game) if you pay me!!!lol and shoot me strong monsters so I can lure other players. I travel all over Northern California for work in supermarkets I can scan barcodes in Walmarts, wincos, targets, etc.. I’m an install refrigeration foreman for supermarkets. I have my job to do and guys to run at work, but I can scan at least 50+ barcodes a night easily to begin.

Good start

Fun concept. It doesn’t need too much more complexity. I was a little frustrated that I needed gems to have any more than 10 creatures. There should be a way to earn gems.
My main ask/suggestion would be to be able to blend/combine the creations.
Otherwise I have enjoyed it so far!

Cool concept , but lacking .

Really cool idea , but honestly gets super repetitive and loses its appeal pretty quickly. I’d like to see more gameplay options in the future .

Free to Play option does not exist

I really want to like this game, but when starting out all opponents vastly will outclass you, necessitating immediate purchase of pay currency to be even remotely competitive.

Healing a defeated monster takes 50 minutes or immediately with a small amount of real money. There is only one 50 minute healing slot, but more slots can be purchased with real money.

Am I missing something about starting out? Games of this type almost always have a free to play option which are fodder for the pay to play players, who are in turn fodder for the whales. Free to play seems to amount to taking 2 minutes to lose a battle then taking 3 hours to heal my 3 monsters. 😜

Has huge potential to take off.

This game is very unique and interesting take on gacha. The fact you create monsters by scanning barcodes and every monster is uniquely created by AI makes it a very personal game. The only thing keeping it back is lack of content and a UI that looks like it’s from the early 2000s. Modernize the UI and keep adding content and things you can do with your monsters and or new unique creations you can make with UI and I can see this being the next big thing.

Pretty good

It needs some improvement like the fact a lot of stuff cost gems but there is now way to earn them so there’s no way to get around spending a lot of money to get a lot of the cooler stuff or better quality monsters
