Worst app ever

This app feels like it was a DIY project gone bad! App never works and the range from the device is 6” it’s ridiculous. Giving a 5 star because I want people to see this review. 1 star would never be viewed! This app is TRASH… to say the least!

Bluetooth

The Bluetooth is worth less than the dog crap my German Shepherd leaves. Want to know what’s worse than the Bluetooth? The customer service. Don’t expect any help or any response. Bluetooth unit is crap do not buy.

App will not stay connect. Outside temp way off.

The title says it all. This is a piece of junk product. The heater goes off if it’s not connected making the heater useless as well

Bluetooth issues

Looks like unless you’re right next to the heater there is no way to know how warm your animals are.
There new to be some sort of resolution to this issue!
