Couldn’t login
So many bugs. I want to login and could not. It doesn’t recognize my email but recognizes carplate. So i am stuck!!

I deleted my card from this service and they find a way to add it back and charged me for a subscription I already cancelled . User stay away

They changed me 2 times $19.99 + 19.99 I really don’t know why

Challenging to finish signing up
Would think it would be easy, convenient to set up the account on the application,Wrong ! Would not recommend! Sends u a code to your phone or email to log in but it will not accept the codes at all no way of logging in if it dosent accept the verification codes!
Frustrating application and fraud owner
Ones I visited to wash club , and pay for membership, i go for wash for 2 days and my car wash damaged when i go inside washing rack , they have very poor system and they also save your data without your consent totally fraud store . I suggest never visit this store, i was pay 2300$ for my car repair because of this car wash they don’t have proper service so please don’t visit them they are fraud

App Improved, Wonderful Wases
Ex - Employee (fired actually so you know I’m honest) Yet I still love this wash, ran by good people who care about a quality service. Great wash with great results, great city location.
App was a bit rough around the edges to begin with, but that’s to be expected and it’s improved quite a bit. I believe the average person, who maintains a clean vehicle, will absolutely have a great experience with not only the wash, but the wash club.
Finally the cheap product amenities and mat machines are a good touch. Think air fresheners tire shine xyz, and the stripes left on the car mats is my favorite part, they all work well I’m a fan. 👍

Won’t let me sign up
My location is on. I’m in PA, but it’s only allowing me to select car washes in Florida. Unable to use app
Great wash, poor app
Best car wash in Tallahassee by far, but the app is pretty much worthless. Now I remember why I deleted it the first time.

Won’t even let me make an account just a loading circle for eternity.
X press wash does a good job
I have been through three different vehicles, used several different locations with only minimal issues. Staff is easily accessible by phone or in person. The issues included getting billed for the wash club kit available at the vacuum station and not receiving the item. Went to the office and they handed me a kit.

Can’t even sign up
I can’t get beyond the location to select a package. Very frustrating
Can’t cancel, can’t do anything it promises
Essentially, you’re stuck with a recurring fee that’s impossible to cancel.
Manages Car Wash Membership
I use the app to manage the car wash memberships on my vehicles. It works well. There is a way to cancel your membership within the app - you just click the silhouette in the upper right corner, go to My Cars, click the vehicle you want to cancel, click the Wash Package button, then click Cancel Subscription down at the bottom. It works well for what it is intended to do.

Won’t stay open for me to make an account
It keeps freezing and closing :(
Double charged when updating license plate
Good when it works, but following the directions to change the license plate on the same car resulted in an additional subscription charge. Email to local car wash manager has gone unanswered.
Listen to the bad reviews
I can’t even register because it doesn’t have my model truck (RAM 2500), it’s not a unique vehicle. And the fact that you can’t cancel the membership is a huge red flag.
UPDATE
The app shuts down whenever you try to make an account. And you can’t do it online without the app that doesn’t work.
Worst app ever.
Simply put this is the worst app I’ve ever used.

I WAS going to try it..But there’s an option to “try without signing up “..You put a zip code in And it shuts down?!!..🤦🏻♂️
