Useless
Drove 45 minutes for a touch less car wash experience. I get there, and it’s closed or out of order. Big cone in front and a big red X on the screen. Why does the app say it’s open? What’s the point of having an app when it doesn’t accurately track its own locations. Uninstalled. Never trying here again.

Consumer fraud: app bills you for nonexistent car washes
Needed a touchless car wash so downloaded this app. First car wash has a green light to indicate that it’s open, I buy the car wash, drive there, and learn that the car wash hasn’t been open in days because it’s broken and no one bothered to tell the app. Try to call a second location, the app has no phone number for it. Try to call a third location, the app has me dial an out of service phone number. I’m not driving 30 miles for the fourth location, so I’m just going to have to sue unless they respond to my email (and no way to use the app to contact customer service, the app sends you to a web page that doesn’t know you’ve already logged in). Consumer fraud, happy I didn’t buy the subscription option.

App is broken
I downloaded and tried to create an account and it went to the “additional details” page and nothing loaded. Tried SEVERAL times. Tried without vpn and also didn’t work so I deleted it.
Update: 6/25/25
I just tried again and got the exact same result. Was hoping to make an account online and then sign in but it makes you go through the app. Guess the wash and run subscription wasn’t meant to be for me.
