If I could see what machines are not running and are available it would be awesome. When I have large items I can't wash here I take them to a laundromat that uses pay range and it has that feature.

LOVE CONVENIENCE
The is the best app ever for paying for and monitoring machines. The ONLY challenge is adding money the way the app will accept it. I can’t just hit the $20 or $40. I have to manually put in the numbers. Other than that, excellent!
Doesn’t give back money
Washco doesn’t let you transfer back money into your bank once you are finished at the laundromat. I find it funny we can take back money we put in? Or put in an exact amount that we need to pay? A minimum of $10 to put into their app. We travel for work and this is a minor inconvenience on top of everything else people have to deal with. Encourage you to change this.

Love the convenience of having this app! Know how many washers and dryers are available, and, how much time is left on the ones that are in use. Also love the convenience of scanning and paying with the app. Highly recommend ! 👍

worst app ever.
my account was working fine for a couple months then randomly they logged me out. when i went to login again they said wrong password which i know is false because i wrote my password down. so i chose to reset my password but apparently i kept failing the robot test? not sure how since it just asked to type 5 numbers. so not only did i lose the money i had loaded to my account but i cant make a new one because it requires a phone number and mine is “already in use”
not sure what they expect from me but this is ridiculous, i just want to wash my clothes

I am very pleased with Washco Pay. It has never failed me. It is very easy to use and the notifications as to when your machines are finished is a great feature. I highly recommend!

They Do Not Refund Your Money
Even though you no longer live at the place you used the app. It’s ridiculous and annoying because with how much the machines cost, you always have money left over or you have to add more money and you can’t do the exact amount! Overall, horrible service.
