I requested a wash, waited for a while then the app freezes, i try to press cancel, then the app closes, i open the app again and find that im charged fully when there was no washer assigned
Can no longer sign in
I’ve used washe several times, but I can no longer sign in. I’ve tried resetting my credentials using the Facebook sign in the Google sign, and the Apple sign in and nothing works.

A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS. I PAID FOR A CAR WASH, NO ONE CONTACTED ME THEY CANCELED THE ORDER. I HAVE YET TO BE REFUNDED. THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM . WHATEVER CONTACT INFO U SEE ON THE WEBSITE OR SOCIAL MEDIA ETC IS ALL FAKE . NEVER AGAIN!BUNCH OF LIARS!!!!!!
Horrible company and no service
This company is horrible… no customer service and basically is a scam. Just got scammed for $225 for a washer that never showed up. Now I have to report to Amex etc ..
Customer service is nonexistent and basically does nothing for you.
I firmly believe the car wash companies have figured out how to use this app as a scam.

Can’t even signup app keeps crashing
Useless
Not only is this app poorly built, it also is useless. I’ve had three attempts at booking washers and every time they wait for the entire window of time scheduled to pass to then cancel. This app should be banned as it does not deliver on its promise and collects the payment upfront, by the way. Don’t use them, complete garbage!

This app used to be good
When it came out it was good, but it’s been the same UI and same poor interface and responsiveness for years and it makes it so difficult to actually use and get services.
Scam
They took money and never showed up. The app kept saying someone is on the way and would reset to 25 min away very time the person said they were 1 min away. I emailed them 3 times and no one replies. Be careful they can just charge your cc and not show up. Which is what they did.
App Crash
I haven’t been able to even try this app, all it does is crash. The farthest I have gotten is the phone verification but it wouldn’t message me no matter how much I’d try. I gave it some time (days) to fix itself and now every time I try to login it crashes. Can’t even report the issue anywhere either. So very disappointed. Someone please help.

Horrible Experience in Los Angeles
The first time I used the app I had a great experience. The second time I used the app I had a hard time finding any washer to come out for the comfort wash. Finally someone accepted the request after four hours of trying. They proceeded to call me on the way and explain how they were going to upcharge me for extra services I didn’t ask for. They said they would assess once they looked at the car. This sounded super fishy to me. I explained that all I wanted was a car wash and he continued to explain that he was going to need to add more services to clean the car.
I then said I wanted to cancel the wash because I didn’t trust that they weren’t going to bill me more money. He wouldn’t let me cancel the wash and instead billed me and never showed up for the wash. Now I am trying to get a refund from Washe.
Do not use in Los Angeles, you would be better off going to a car wash or just connecting to a trusted car washer/detailer on your own.

Never worked
Never matched me to a washer after multiple attempts. They don’t hesitate to charge your credit card though which WASHOS does not do till after. Really weird operating UX too, like circa 2010.

We have waited hours waiting to have the service performed and have been let down time and time again. Further, no one responds to support requests.
The washers may do a terrific job. I will never know.

Terrible
I live in Los Angeles and tried multiple times to schedule a car wash over the course of 3 days and never got one scheduled. Every time I would attempt it would request that I schedule one for a later time. Deleted the app immediately, just a waste of time.
App isn’t built to fit into iPhone window size
This was my first time trying to use the washe app and I’m super disappointed. For one of the wording doesn’t even fit on the screen of my iPhone 15 Pro… It’s cut off at the bottom and you have to swipe to try to get things to move to see the full screen. And two hit cancel and it can’t refresh or save it. Then I try to adjust my time that I’m available and it says it’s invalid. The app just is broken. Doesn’t work for Nothing.

Charged for service I didn’t receive
I made an appointment for 2 car washes then later canceled the appointments because they never found anyone for the service. I still was charged for the service I never received and the support won’t even respond to me for a refund
No washers are ever available morning to evening
I’m starting to think this app is fake because I’ve attempted to get my car washed for 7 days straight now

I’ve been trying to find a washer but after hours, I just gave up and missed the promo cause it seems no one was available, it happened to me 2 days ago, I haven’t been able to receive a service from you, I will definitely uninstall the app is useless.
