Missing so much stuff.

This app is missing so much stuff, including many of the memorial such as the Vietnam memorial, World War II memorial, Korean War memorial, and so on. Many of the waypoints it shows on its map are just audio directions on where to go next and not descriptions of sites. The descriptions for most items are very basic. They tell you one or two things about each building. They spent a lot more time, putting music and voice actors into play but missed content. I just started using AI to tell me about each of the sites and I got so much more information about what I was seeing.

Good value for the money

We enjoyed the tour. We rented scooters, had a blast, and learned a lot.

Things I’d improve:
- take out the long music segments; I never knew if more data was coming after the instrumental break.
- it was super annoying that it automatically adjusts the volume at every stop; let me adjust my own volume.
- stop with the directions (especially the points that were only directions). I can read a map. Sometimes it seemed more time was spent telling me to cross the street than was spent telling the story.

Good Info but……

The information given is great however it is lacking information for the memorials and monuments around the Tidal Basin which I found disappointing. Functionality needs to be improved. App does not run in back ground, I.e open another app or if your phone times out. When using the camera function it did not include location info, this may have been operator error, not sure. Price is a stretch due to these limitations.
At most it should run in the background.

Not worth $10

Kills your battery, doesn’t let you turn off your screen while audio is playing to try and save you’re better. barely gives any info on the stops, plays horrible filler music

great time

I had a great time taking the tour. Easy to use and the guidance was easy to follow. I appreciated the short but sweet tour. Not too little information but not too much that I zoned out. At each stop the app showed photos of the location plus what they were talking about so not only could you check to see if you were in the right location but also see a glimpse inside in most cases without going in if you didn’t or couldn’t. I love that you can go at your own pace, listen to stops again if you missed some information, or skip stops altogether. I realized you can listen on your own with earbuds or play out loud for everyone in your group to hear which is helpful.
