THEFT! DONT USE!
They sell gift cards that they dont even ACCEPT. Like how actually smooth brain stupid is that, this company SELLS A GIFT CARD FOR THEIR SERVICE but THERE IS NO WAY THEY WILL ACCEPT OR REDEEM ITS VALUE. F-ing thieves. My mom got me a gift card for $100 as a birthday present and i have no way to clean my clothes still. F you washloft. Take down my review i dare you it will be back here every day.

Just recently found this by Google search. They are amazing!! Easy to place the order and a quick 24 hour turnaround for the laundry to come back! I could not be happier!!

The service was quick and reliable and my clothes came back feeling soft, neatly folded and smelling amazing. The person who picked up my clothes was very nice and wearing a mask. He lifted a ton of clothes and brought them back the next day. It was an amazing experience. I will be using this service again!

Super happy!
Just used Washloft for the first time and was very pleased. Everything was on time and we had great service. In the past we used another app for the same service, but this was much better! Much more reasonably priced, and a quicker turn around for getting our clothes back. We will definitely use it again.

Awesome service
With the coin shortage, doing laundry has been almost impossible. After trying one laundry service in Boston that was just okay, I decided to give washloft a try next. I was super impressed with how fast and communicative they were, and how neatly my laundry was sorted! Will definitely be using them again.

Really great service makes laundry super easy. i’m a college student and the laundry machines i have access to are awful so being able to pay a bit more to have service like this is such a good idea.

Washloft was great! I just happened upon it when checking my options for dry cleaning. The last place I used was expensive, slow and very impersonal. I was not thrilled! But with washloft they have the app for your phone, options on how you want your laundry done. They have different organic scents if you wish. No starch, starch whatever you please. The staff was professional and courteous with great attention to detail! I was thrilled to get my laundry back and what a great job they did on my drapes! I will never go anywhere else! Thanks to the folks at Washloft I have found a new best cleaning option!

Excellent Service; Reasonable Prices!
After trying another laundry service that was more expensive - I decided to give Washloft a shot. I was more than pleased with the affordable pricing, quick turn-around timing, and friendly service. A Solid Option
I wasn’t sure what to expect from WL but am pleasantly surprised. To get my one bit of negative feedback out of the way, the order tracker function of the app is basically nonfunctional, but that ultimately had no real bearing on the quality of service rendered. Drop off and pickup were timely, clothes were returned folded neatly, and customer service responded promptly to a special request I had. Highly recommended!

They’re great under pressure !!!
During covid-19, my cloths have been picked up & cleaned by the “wash loft”, they are prompt, they’re thorough and professional while demonstrating a solid interpersonal proclivity, throughout this life changing, in many cases, life ending pandemic, all I received from wash loft staff were smiles, curtesy and professionalism! Great service - best laundry app
This app has been a lifesaver! Very fast turnaround (often 1-day). Offer wash and dry, hang dry and dry cleaning, I have found very few places that offer all 3 services. Clothes are returned clean and well organized. Staff and friendly and very responsive and communicative. Will definitely continue to use!

Immediately Convenient
I was looking for a laundry service since I don’t have a washer/dryer in my building. This service took two seconds to set up and they came the next day. Always on time, absolutely seamless, professional, and friendly. Can’t recommend enough for someone deciding on who to use.

This app is trash and a scam. All the 5 stars reviews are fake . I had so many issues with the app and my laundry came back Missing clothes .

The app hardly works and the service was terrible. Clothes were ruined and there was no help from the customer service. It’s a total ripoff!!!
