I'm absolutely thrilled with The Finery. I live in several countries at once, and I've never encountered such excellent service anywhere. Not only do they deliver your clothes perfectly cleaned and ironed, but they also always, always try to solve any problem you might have. I unexpectedly needed my suit ahead of schedule, and manager John went above and beyond to ensure my clothes were delivered on time. I recommend this service to all my friends and acquaintances.

Genuinely guys this is the best service ever from the customer service to the actual laundry service it was all perfect. as a person who’s every critical and sensitive to small details this company did not disappoint to make sure everything was done the way I wanted and I’m very pleased🥹. Definitely recommend. Mind you this isn’t an AD or anything like genuinely I was so nervous to use a laundry company for the first time especially since it was online but thankfully it was a great decision!!!

ruined LV shoes and Ts
preposterous service. ruined tshirts, all came back 2 sizes smaller and my LV shoes came back damaged in both sides. eould never recommend it
Damaged Clothes
Washmen ruined my suit jacket, then refused to take responsibility. First they promised a refund Monday, then shifted to Tuesday morning, then Tuesday night. No proof of transfer has ever been provided. Unprofessional and dishonest.

Disappointing and dismissive customer service
My item was damaged and while I’ve had good service previously and can expect things go wrong I expect the answers to what has been damaged to have a little bit of remorse or need to fix and resolve. Instead I had an aloof and dismissive one liner stating that this is essentially not their issue, with no attempt to resolve for an expensive item. Only when I showed my frustration I was told they can try to help with a “complimentary inspection”. Completely disappointing and if the customer is not important until they complain then completely not a service I would book with the sheer volume of business I have given them. It’s easy to call themselves the number 1 app, but to maintain number 1 you need to care about the customer and their personal items- this is what they are in the business of.

Disappointing service
I ordered shoe repair but unfortunately it was far below from my expectations. They charged my card before informing me repair order. After doing min work they called me to charge more amount. Anyways it was disappointing experience, I asked them to return my shoes without doing any further repair. Overall it was worst experience! Hopefully they credit back to card!

Lost item from my first order!! Not using this again
I was excited to use this service, but they lost one of my T-shirts on my first order! Definitely lost my trust from the beginning - will NOT be using this again.
Service is going down the drain every week
I have been a customer of Washmen since they first started, and the service **used to be** excellent. However, over the last 6-8 months, it has gone from bad to worse, deteriorating week by week. I have shared numerous images with them to show how their service is declining, including my most recent order just 5 days ago. They try to compensate by offering credit, but loyal customers want better service, not just compensation.
I am more than willing to share with Apple the photos and numerous complaints I have sent to Washmen management. I have all the evidence showing how bad the service has become and how it continues to get worse, unfortunately.

The team at washmen absolutely ruined very expensive shoes I owned, and were not proactive at all about resolving the issue. Don't trust them with any sort of designer shoe/bag/garment

Just be careful they might take your laundry for 2 days and send them back to you unwashed stating that your laundry have some items abit expensive and need special treatment.
Had to follow up with them for 2 days to get my unwashed clothes back yet receive them at midnight after 2 days back and forth with the customer service.
Thanks to BeJe from the customer service team, the only one took my concern serious and followed up to get my cloths back ((unwashed)) after 2 days.

Useful App - Good Service
Solid service overall and easy app to use. Only issue is the amount of plastic bags that get dropped off with every delivery!! It’s such a waste. There should be an option on the app to request no extra bags at drop off. I do think there should be come consideration for the environment.
