The worst experience,
I booked my one bag of laundry to be picked at 9am Sunday and deliver Sunday late afternoon.
Sunday afternoon the support contacted me for pricing, they said they will not deliver same day, unless I pay extra for faster delivery (although nothing of that mentioned in the app when booking), I informed them that I need my laundry in the morning before going to work, and that 9am is okay but 10am is late, and if they can't deliver buy these times then better bring me back my laundry without washing and I'll handle it.
so they promised that they'll deliver next day in the morning between 9-10.
In the morning it passed 10am, so I call him to check, they said it's with the driver, so I told them to let the driver call me to see where's he, the driver calls at 10:20 and says he needs less than 15min, now it's 10:56 and I called the driver, he said he's under the building and I confirmed the building name with him, now it's 11:15 the laundry not here and the driver not answering, I contacted the support and they said they raise a complaint and will check and update me about what time the delivery will be,
at 11:40 they say it'll be with me in 30 to 40min !!!!!
I asked why since the driver under my building or in the area, they answered "Because the item is with different driver he is bring to you directly."
What a headache!!!!
The purpose of this service is to ease on the daily task and load of the client not to make a nightmare from a simple thing.
Now because of this not i only lost my time, I also lost a client because I couldn't attend the meeting with him because my clothes are not delivered to me because of this unprofessional, disrespectful, and dishonest service.
This is my experience, be careful people.

Don’t send anything delicate or valuable
We’ve used them weekly for nearly 2 years but the amount of times our clothes have come back ruined or shrunk or destroyed is getting out of hand. They don’t apologise or offer any compensation (messages just go ignored) - a 2000 AED jumper was totally shrunk and they didn’t even apologise. Even basic tshirts come back ruined. Real shame as pickup / drop off service is good & pricing is the cheapest. Not worth it anymore though.

Horrible service and management.
Terrible customer service. Wait until they ruin an item of clothing, evade the responsibility, have you wait for weeks for a resolution and then not pay a compensation when they say they would. It’s probably one of my most terrible experiences dealing with customer service ever.

Worthless and dangerous
Destroyed my clothes. Each t-shirt cost 500 aed. Nobody in this company can read the icons on the tags. If you like your clothes and want them to live long never mess with this washon company. And btw they are always late for collection and delivery. 👎👎👎🤮

I’m so happy that I choose WashOn, they have incredible service, I am always informed in case they find some damage on my clothes, they make dry clean with so much cariness and I love how fast they deliver my clean outfits after taking care of them. Impeccably steamed/ ironed always.

The app is misleading when making a booking. The service was not good. The curtains came back dirty and I asked for a refund but with no response.

Was loyal customer but NEVER AGAIN
Brought back my clothes stained with some ink. Those stains werent there. After telling them about this, still made me pay. Problem is I already sent another order with them and was worried about it. They refused to deliver it to me until I pay for it, and I didnt want to until I got my clothes back and made sure they are not damaged again. For days the refused to give me back my clothes. Finally they did and AGAIN CLOTHES WERE DAMAGED. They never refunded me or even wanted to give a discount. They were trying to force me to pay for damaged clothes.

Poor service
Avoid. Just a couple of months ago they were standing in front of carfour asking ppl to join. Now they cannot handle simple deliveries. They keep changing the pick up time. Just go to the laundry guy downstairs!
