About
Forget to drink water during a busy day? Frewli gives you a friendly place to start: quick drink logs, gentle reminders and your daily progress, all with a cheerful water buddy.
Every feature is free. No subscription, trial or in-app purchase is needed.
A SMALL HABIT FOR EVERYDAY LIFE
Log water with a tap, undo a mistaken entry and see your progress. Choose a daily goal, celebrate small wins and follow your personal streak. Set reminders that fit your day. You do not need to be an athlete to get started.
WATER, COFFEE, TEA AND MORE
Record water, mineral or sparkling water, coffee, tea, milk or plant drinks, juice, soft drinks, sports or electrolyte drinks, energy drinks and custom nonalcoholic drinks. Save favorites and edit the amount, time or composition in history.
Caffeine has its own log, with editable estimates or values from your drink label. Coffee and tea count toward recorded fluid intake. Recorded volume is not a measurement of absorbed water or your body's hydration. Frewli does not turn your coffee into a mineral supplement prescription.
A QUICK SIP FROM YOUR WRIST
Use the Apple Watch app to check progress and log water. Watch widgets and complications keep your goal close. With your permission, Apple Health can import workouts and dietary water and save water or mineral water you log. Other drinks stay in Frewli. Completed Frewli workouts are not saved to Health.
EXTRA SUPPORT FOR ACTIVE DAYS
Import completed workouts from Apple Health or add them yourself. See estimated fluid and sodium losses on Today. Your drink logs also count toward eligible workout recovery. Add known sodium from a food or electrolyte label when useful; fluid recovery can complete independently of optional sodium guidance.
YOUR ROUTINE, YOUR CHOICE
Follow weekly progress, adjust your personal plan and choose your reminders. Core tracking works without Health or notification permission. Start without email sign-in. Cloud sync can save your profile, drink logs, workouts, recovery and preferences under an anonymous account. Optional email sign-in helps restore access on another device.
Frewli provides wellness and fitness estimates. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent or monitor disease, and does not provide medical-grade hydration monitoring.

What's New in Water Tracker
1.1.2
October 28, 2026
Clearer Apple Health permission choices: access is optional, and manual drink and workout logging works without it. New workshops and guided journeys help you learn your cup, understand drink labels and build a routine that fits your day. Practice with fictional examples, keep a private take-away card and follow seven small wins without drinking extra. App Store event links now open the matching experience, including after onboarding.
