Does not recognize paid subscription
I paid, 3 days later I still cannot access any issues. After pay for a 1 year subscription, the app is requiring payment for individual issues.
Don’t waste your money with this trap of an app.
The company has not fixed the issues with the incorrect links, nor does the app recognised paid login accounts. If you create a new account the app will ask you for a new subscription. I ended asking for a full refund for my subscription because the app isn’t worth the headache.

I have been buying this magazine in hard copy for years. Because of lockdown I figured I would try buying an electronic copy. I have subscriptions to many great painting and pencil magazines. They are great and laid down onto my iPad immediately After making my apple purchase for WaterColor Artist ...nothing. No download , no confirmation , no receipt and no contract for help.

Constant errors
I experience multiple errors trying to download new issues and restoring up iTunes purchases. Sometimes it takes 5 or 6 attempts over 24 hours to actually get a new issue to download. It should it be anywhere near this difficult to access a digital magazine.
