Unable to create a new account

Love the idea but unable to create a new account to check it out. After entering my email the continue button is non-reactive.

The software is terrible and doesn’t even let you create an account. Feels like a scam from just trying to make the account

Not functioning properly and limited features

I wanted to have the ability to have my plants watered and also sign up to be a plant waterer, but the app only allows you to be one or the other.

I’ve also tried to login recently, and it’s frozen on the login screen. I can’t access my account.

Won’t let me log in

So I got the 14 pro max and forgot to log back into the app. Finally remembered to do so and it won’t let me log in. I just get a “please wait.” I thought maybe my account went inactive and I needed to reset my password but when I try to do that I get a “please wait” as well and it won’t proceed.

Life saver!!

This app has been a life saver! I was going out of town and needed someone to take care of my monstera, and I was so glad to find someone through Watering Can!

Wont let me onto the app

My $30 background check cleared, it’s been 9 business days and still not cleared to be accepting jobs. Contacted support email on log in page on business day 7 and still nothing back on when/if I will be accepted. So far looks like a waste of my money-I’ll update my review if this issue is fixed.

I wanted to check out this app...

I tried to sign up on the app just to have a look at it, but you can't do anything without signing up. I was hesitant, but I put in my phone number to get the verification code, but it never came. I tried to resend the code four different times and never received a code. So, unfortunately the app is unusable.

Something wrong with the app and new iOS

The main screen keeps blinking and I can’t seem to use the app. Please update as this seems like a great service.
