Videos don’t work
I bought this app to watermark pictures and videos but the it doesn’t work on videos PLEASE FIX THIS I paid 9.99 for this app this is so upsetting :((( Also there is no customer service to reach out to please fix this ASAP as it is not as described which is very unfair
Doesn’t work!!!!
I just spent $9.99 so that I am able to watermark important videos yet the app is only allowing me to watermark pictures and of course there’s no one that I can reach out to… subscription canceled but you guys don’t care because I purchased it for a lifetime🙄
Shuts down every time I try a video
I paid 9.99 for the forever option and now I try to put watermark on a video and it will automatically shut down I would want either a refund or a fix to my problem thank you
Two major bugs
The biggest is if I edit the photo then watermark second it deletes my edits and I have to re edit them again! I do a LOT of photography I do not have time for that! Second is the app randomly closes out so after working on 25 photos I have to start all over again! Highly annoying!
Buyer beware app does not work no directions how to use
Even with a free trial the purchase app feature does nothing! You can’t save images with watermark like they claim to be able to do. Who exactly have 5* review is this a scam?
