Latest notification never visible in app
Banner pops up, and when u go into app you can only see the second most recent notification. The one just displayed as a banner is never the top notification always left wondering if your going arrive to find no lifts or missing events like carpark cleaning
Notifications don’t work and app doesn’t save details
Whenever a notification pops up, clicking on it takes me to the home page with no information presented. Clicking on notifications on that screen then shows notifications for all buildings except mine.
App requires details to be entered every time it’s opened to show relevant notifications, very time consuming and frustrating.

This app is terrible
We need this app to keep up to date with what’s happening in a building and the profile page won’t even stay saved. I have to manually enter my details every time I want to see the notifications.

Not working!
The latest release is useless! Notifications are not loading within the app.
Notifications not working!
Notifications rarely work properly or in real time. Particularly since the most recent update where you can’t even see any notifications, screen freezes on ‘loading’.

Never remembers info
Doesn’t actually save details and continually isn’t sending notifications. It’s absolutely useless
