App doesn’t let you trial it.
App is pay first, try it after they get all your money and personal information. Waste of time to look at nothing…

Why is this even on here? Once installed, you get a “your trial offer is over” message. The app won’t do anything without you paying but, paying for what? Not sure why this is even in the App Store.
Enjoy app with WaterRower
I enjoy the app with water rower. Needs better totals tracking and can’t figure out how to best link with Apple fitness or Strava.
Incompatible with SmartRow
This app does not work with the ironically named “SmartRower” — the Performance Ergometer Rowing Machine. This machine is listed in the “Digital” section of the WaterRower website, so you’d think it would be compatible with this app. You would be wrong. If you think it would be super-cool to row on lakes and rivers around the world, don’t order the “SmartRower” machine. Turns out it ain’t that smart…
So the WaterRower support team told me to try the Kinomap 3rd-party app. That app also does not support the SmartRower—even though it’s apparently supposed to. Whenever I try to select my SmartRower to connect my machine, nothing happens.
So much for rowing all around the globe. Not with the “SmartRower”…

No Trial
After downloading and pairing with the Bluetooth monitor, I got message that download period is over. I never had any trial period. Not impressed. This could be so much better.

I just downloaded this app- and immediately get “free trial over” message. With no written reviews, no online video reviews and not even a 1 row trial, it’s pretty hard to get enthusiastic about dropping $50 on the “comlink “ unit, and subscribing for $11/ mo.
Ok, so what the heck. I signed up. Clunky as all heck. Difficult to pair HR tickr after I paired fine yesterday. So significant online support. Could so easily be 100% better.
