Best banking to have
It took me quite a while to find a back that had my needs covered and I was willing to use. I have no crazy fees or better yet fee after fee after fee. I walk in or drive up they know me and they have answers when I have questions. I recommend this back to everyone. Love this bank

The Bill Pay Section Needs Help
The bill pay software they use has a number of small inconveniences that all add up to frustration. Things like…
- when on a payee’s detail page, you want to see your history with that payee so you hit the “history” button. It takes you out of the payee’s page and shows you your history for all payee’s.
- no ability to search by confirmation number.
- many back buttons don’t take you to the last place you were but somewhere else unrelated.
WaterStone Bank has some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Their third party bill pay software could use some improvements.

Not as promised
Display of linked accounts with brokers and other banks requires regular logging in to those accounts. And it still doesn’t work for some accounts. I use the application for paying bills which has worked fine. The account aggregation feature is too frustrating to use.
Online Deposits
Compared with other banks the process to deposit checks is below average.
