Teller service
We have been members for many years and are thinking to change due to the new teller service. We chose Wauna because it had a friendly and hometown feel but you have lost that feel going to automated tellers. Not very customer service oriented or friendly . Carrie Harris

The app is so easy to use. The staff at the bank are amazing what more can you ask?
Check deposit
This app is far inferior compared to the last app when trying to deposit a check. I still end up having to go to the bank to deposit a check.
Update is so much better!
One big thumbs up to the update. I absolutely love how much easier it is to use. I can deposit via iPhone in seconds, worry free. I love to look of it too. Good job guys!

So much better than the old app
This new app lets you see all of your accounts in one place including all of your bill pay and loans. You can make your loan payments right from your app!

Everything is much faster and clearer on this app. And the functionality is much improved. I did have a slight issue with seeing all my accounts at first, but a quick call to them and it was resolved. I have nothing to complain about, the app even lets me get quick balances on my watch.

This new app is so user friendly and has multiple new features. Instructions were very clear and the girls at the 800# are so helpful and wonderful. Great upgrade.

Took a bit to sign in the first time, but went back and read the credit union’s instructions and it was super easy (user error).

Amazing new features!!! I love that they notified us before hand and how the new app is so easy to use!! I love this credit union and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

Very easy to use. Love the fingerprint login capability! As long as you register correctly by using your member number and last 4 of the primary’s SS# signing up is easy breezy!
