Took my points with no warning
I spent over 180 dollars and saved up my points so I could get a pizza just for them to take all my points with no warning, no email no text no NOTHING. I understand points expiring but you would expect a warning in advance. Absolutely insane, like almost 2,000 points gone and now what little I have left they give me a poor warning for. I checked my friends apps and even they can’t find when their points would expire. 180 dollars for a pizza that I didn’t even get to order, this app is a scam. They took 1,400 points in one day, I did NOT spend that many points in one sitting or one month so for them to take it all in one day is crazy. Yall need to fix this because it’s obvious it’s intentionally hidden so you save points just for them all to expire with no warning. Money hungry app with no intention of giving back or letting you actually use the points.

Will stress you out singing up
Why even bother signing up, it will ask you sign in through various accounts just to ask to verify with email & at the end will not open your account at all
Does not work for Gas
Took away 1000 of my points when claimed the 30 cents off a gallon discount. Payment did not go through for no reason and lost the points. Had to pay full price for gas. Wawa please fix your app.
Don’t order delivery
They’re always out of items and the refund process takes forever. Plus you have to call and can’t get a refund through the app
App never works
The app ordering system is a disgrace every time I try to order a bagel to be toasted. It doesn’t do it every time I try to order a large soda, a fountain drink. It only gives me the option small or medium but no large or xtra large .. you people need get a new app designer because your current one sucks

Worthless
This app is absolutely worthless and should be removed from the store. Why do I need to let this thing track me everywhere in order to use. Why do I have to allow myself to be doxed from an app just to get a few cents off of already overly priced gas… waste of space time and energy.
Not so convenient
The app is cool. The problem is everybody doesn’t get the same treatment or the same rewards even if you’re using it just as much as someone else even if you have just as much points, my mom and my sisters and myself we compare and for some reason these things that my mom receives, and I don’t receive, and I actually go to Wawa more than her use the app more than her. Another issue that the app has is there’s times when you’re in Wawa and it won’t load and there’s also times when you’re not receiving the accurate amount of points that you’re supposed to receive and I was showed how to check and for some reason, I have the newest Apple phone. It just is not loading even when I have the people at the store scan my card or app for me. So there’s definitely some issues that need to be dealt with not only that the updates the update should just be automatic or something like this because what are you really updating for? It’s an app that you score points every time you shop

This app is gorgeous. Literally only works when I order food. I can’t do anything in store with it and doesn’t work when I try to start the gas pump. Which means I don’t get points when I buy something in person. Complete trash.
Took points for nothing
I went to get a burger with my rewards points. The app took 1,000 points but because I got a double burger I did not qualify… but guess what they took my 1,000 points. So I had to pay AND now I’m out of all those points. Wawa yall need to fix this ASAP!! I’m so annoyed with this app.

I used this app a lot loved it super easy and convenient but after it I updated it like it told me I can’t order anything it won’t let me check out so disappointed had to use another app

The food is great but the app must be created by a melanated fella cause its terrible to use

As the title says, logs me out of the app every time I open it, making me jump through hoops and go to email just to log back in and not to mention it refuses to verify my ID even though there is nothing wrong with my uploaded images. Will not be redownloading the app. Might as well just order through DoorDash
