What videos?
I bought this kit because of the app it has and there isn’t a single video to be found on it. Super bummed!

I recently purchased a kit and it came with a card mentioning this app but can’t even get the app to work it keeps telling me there is an error or the network failed. Please take the time to fix this or delete it from the app store

I used QR code in Tress Wellness box purchased in Amazon. Downloaded app, no problems. I went to sign up and create an account with my email and got error 502 multiple times. Then I tried using the apple button to sign up. Seems like an account is created and when I try to log in, there’s a loading icon, then disappears and I’m still on the log in page of the app. Help, what am I doing wrong?

Great to troubleshoot and order
I have found this app to be great when troubleshooting the wax warmer. Also allows you to see all their products.
Can't even connect
App doesn't work. Can't connect. Looking at other reviews, apparently this has been ongoing for a long time. I am a licensed cosmetologist, so luckily have experience with waxing already.

If I could rate lower than 1 star it’d be zero stars. How y’all got an app and can’t even make an account? I tried weeks ago, gave y’all some time to fix it and I still can’t make an account. I tried different log ins, different emails. It either loads after submitting my information then times out saying I didn’t make an account or I input all my information and y’all say I didn’t input my name and email. ZERO STARS. Garbage app.
