Great way to get a parking close to airport
Great app, but not accountable for parking lot issues
Way is a great platform for finding both short-term and long-term parking while traveling. I have used their service several times, and it's easy to use the online service and reserve a spot. However, I recently had an incident involving parking members, whom I believe used my vehicle while I was away. Unfortunately, it was difficult to address this issue, and Way basically informed me that they are not responsible and wouldn't even contact the parking owner to inquire about it. Wich I find a bit disappointed wich I believe shows the reason the parking lot stuff not “respecting” customer who booked the lot on this platform and therefore they will continue to do so.
Just you be aware the parking lot is at EWR airport and the parking name is “Apex EWR Airport Parking”.
This service provided customer service is useless.

Updated review on July 16th:
Another incident and this coming customer service is useless. They don’t hold accountable or whatsoever for anything once you book your parking spot. Additionally, they are very greedy and no matter how long you been a customer they will care or value your business.
Likely this bad customer service “forced” to look elsewhere and I found a better service with a better rates and they also show you appreciation for your business by giving you a discount every time you use their service. Every booked trip will give you 10 and even 20% discount. I used them before and forgot their names but I’m happy I found rightway parking services again.

When it works it should work
We used the app to book a parking at an event. They called us about 2 hours before and said they had oversold parking.
We were only offered a refund and told to rebook for $15 more and an extra 15 min walk.
Most business would not do this and work with customers.

Excellent
Very fast and convenient
Pure bait-and-switch. They ask for your SUV details, then slam you at the lot.
Do not trust this app. Way.com is running a classic bait-and-switch scheme designed to trap drivers when they are at their most vulnerable.
They entice you with low prices and force you to input your vehicle make and model before booking. You enter your SUV, get a quote, and assume your trip is fully paid for. I have used long-term parking spots for years and a spot is a spot—this has never happened to me before. They buried "oversized vehicle" fees so deeply that I didn’t even know it was there on the phone screen.
You only find out you've been scammed when you actually arrive at the parking lot, stressed and trying to catch a flight, only to get slammed with massive hidden fees. What is the point of demanding my vehicle type during booking if the quote is a lie?
What if I came unprepared with no money? What if I missed my flight because they demanded the oversize fee beforehand?
Do not use this greedy middleman. Book directly with the parking lots, save yourself the stress, and delete this app immediately.
REPLY: This is a weak excuse. Your app explicitly required me to input my vehicle’s exact make, model, and year during checkout. Because you demanded this data upfront, there is zero excuse for your platform not to calculate and show the mandatory 'oversize fee' in my checkout total.
Hiding a mandatory $49.66 fee on a $68.70 booking—nearly doubling the price of my reservation—and forcing me to pay it under duress at the lot right before my flight is a predatory bait-and-switch.
Blaming the lot doesn't work. This is the exact type of systemic deception, junk fees, and bait-and-switch pricing that the New York City Department of Consumer and Worker Protection (DCWP) just penalized Way.com $200,000 for. I have officially filed a fraud report with the Federal Trade Commission and submitted my case to ClassAction.org. I reject your 'coupon' offer—I want a full refund.

Paid for parking through the app before a concert. When I got to the parking lot, it was overbooked and I was turned away. Customer service refuses to refund me the money.

Loved how easy this app was to use!
So convenient!
It’s a perk being an empty nester when one of your adult children is a flight attendant. This app is so convenient for me when traveling for short or extended trips.
