There is either too many pros or not enough jobs because I’ve never seen an app that is so scarce. Every time I get another that job is claimed within seconds. It’s very discouraging. I joined the site because Wayfair is one of the number one sell a furniture and I thought this would keep me busy. I find myself going back to Angi way more.
I hope this gets better. I was really looking forward to joining Wayfair. I would hate for it to be a letdown.
————————————————Update 8/4/26: This app has its Pros and Cons. For example, the customer support reps are very nice and helpful, but it’s still impossible to claim a job. It’s like some people have bots scooping them up. Also, they keep taking away jobs either through cancellation or rescheduling and not reserving it for me to reclaim it .

The App and service team for the pros is Total Garbage I had a review posted that’s been deleted , I have a perfect rating with wayfair and the customers etc after a month 5 star etc around 30 jobs in and a customer service rep gets destroyed over the phone for trying to throw me under the bus for refusing to assemble a 2nd item for free just because wayfair sold it as a set and misrepresentation of the job listing as only one item when it was actually 2 items / set multiple items to assemble, the rep threatened me with a 40$ fee and made numerous threats I had already finished both and told the customer I would just call someone over her and get it worked out later she obviously had no idea what she was doing but because she didn’t get her way or hear what she wanted to hear she locked
My account and attempted to hv the client remove me from the job and say I didn’t arrive he laughed and chewed her out he is a retired navy vet and told her she needed to pay me so I could do the job etc so she got upset because he put her in her place and canceled about 500$ worth of upcoming jobs , lied and has the job marked as uncompleted and a no show like I never showed up which is easy to prove other wise they paid Half of the job she changed it to half of 35 so they wanted to pay me 17$ to drive 30 miles one way and put together 2 complicated leather bar stools for the price of one (35) she threw a temper tantrum like a child and was scolded by the vet and went completely insane , nothing she put in the report is close to true or correct I go back to the attorneys office this week with the info they sent and info I hv received and back to the dept of labor to go over the other labor violations I was just made aware of and her trying to cover her tracks by marking it as a no show job etc just unbelievable like there is not a record of all of it she even went as far as me receiving a tip for going above and beyond into me

Arm the client into extra pay like she attempted to do with the 40$ fee threat to get a free job done or fool me into doing the xtra job etc , I would deff get in touch with the local labor dept and am attorney if you hv any issues like this the labor dept here said they broke 5 diff labor laws just on this one job and the attorney took this as soon as he seen the info etc he said she made a huge mistake with the threats and lying to lock my account and costing me jobs and moneys etc also was injured on the job and have received no info or help from a supervisor or support even though I reported the injuries, this company is so unorganized and unprofessional

By far the worst company I’ve ever worked for!
You are criminally underpaid and then you have to wait weeks for 30 or 40 bucks!
They don’t pay you drive time or gas and if the customer has an issue or makes a mistake on their end Wayfair will try and steal what little money they do pay you!
And god forbid you ask for money that you’ve worked for if they’re taking too long!
I was suspended/fired for asking for 40 dollars from two weeks ago!

No jobs in west palm beach. I find that disappointing? I know ppl are ordering furniture because I install them everyday

I’ve been doing these jobs for a couple of months now and it’s been a great extra source of income for me. The app can have glitches from time to time, but the customer service line is top-notch. There are people are always very kind and help me Anytime. There’s an issue with an install.. I’m very grateful for this as an extra side gig

What a Mess!
This app is so glitchy it’s hard to use. It randomly closes down. How can I get jobs if it’s always closing itself? Support is non-existent.
New on the app
It may be different from other areas but the Reno area of your just starting off . You won’t have any access to almost any jobs . Could be weeks or months until you even see one available . Not really worth it

Never can get any offer
This is the worst app to get job offer. You spent 5 days to schedule a phone interview then download the app and set it up and wait for your photo to get approved to start getting the offers for installation then life get more beautiful. Even if you open the app and wait to see the offers, as soon as the notification pop that there is a job in your area and click it, said that the offer is already taken. How it’s possible a human being in your area receive at the same time the offer and click on it and read the offer and set the availability time to do the job and send it to the client in just less than a second?! You can waste you time and wait for this game to see if you can see another offer to click on it faster? And you never win. If you try your chance in casinos in Vegas you have more chance to win !
