I ordered a bunk bed for my kid, but the bed was delivered broken. I posted on the app and they got all the information to receive the broken part. Today, I received an email that the part replacement has been canceled based on my request!!!!!! And now there is no way to contact support. I can't believe it!!

The shopping experience is fine, but the delivery scheduling experience is surprisingly poor. I was told I could reschedule my delivery through the app/website, but once the delivery was within 48 hours, that option simply disappeared. Instead, I was instructed to call a phone number and wait on hold to make a simple scheduling change.
The whole point of using an online retailer and a mobile app is to handle transactions without having to make phone calls. If a delivery can be rescheduled by an agent, it should be possible to do the same thing in the app.
Modern e-commerce should offer full self-service for scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation. Requiring customers to call support for routine tasks is frustrating and feels like a step backward.

Outdoor faux bushes and flowers
The deer and rabbits eating my bushes and flowers. My home is located on a mountain in a forest. We have all kinds of wildlife so it’s hard to keep living bushes and flowers. I have purchased flowers for my hanging baskets in my yard and you wouldn’t know they aren’t real flowers. No one that visits know they are plastic. Very colorful and do not fade from the sun. I spend more money on annual flowers than I did for filling my 7 handmade baskets with artificial flowers.

Found this very time-consuming. I had been approved for the amount through Affirm every time I try to put it on the order. Wayfair said they could not find it. I have spent since 11 o’clock this morning until right now which is 6:18 in the afternoon trying to pay for this order that I had been approved for through. Affirm was not happy at all. Thank you.

I buy a lot of things from WAYFAIR and I don’t think I have ever been disappointed. I’ve bought indoor stuff, outdoor stuff and all stuff in between!!!! They have decent quality for the price and if I have a problem I’m sure they will take care of it!! I don’t think I have ever received anything damaged or missing parts!!! So that says a lot!!
