I brought item, the next day the price reduced and what’s even worse, received email everyday notifying me how it’s reduced the item everyday. What that use???!!!! I paid the full price!
Extremely buggy.
When you go to your cart, the app shoves a bugged oversized membership deal in your face that covers the items in your cart. It doesn’t let you interact with your cart, it doesn’t let you close it out, and it stays no matter what you do, even if you close and reopen the app, delete and reinstall it. Very frustrating.

Horrible company
Purchased a bed frame and mattress for my mom late last night. Searched Amazon today and saw the same bed frame $50 cheaper. Tried to cancel my order. They refused and made it clear they don’t price match, I couldn’t return the product without a fee, and that even if I’m not happy, I’m SOL. Terrible, terrible company. Zero customer service. Deceptive pricing practices.

Did you add some new address cleansing software or something because all of a sudden I had to delete my address change my city to slightly incorrect city and then I was able to complete my purchase

Christian and Miguel did a fantastic job putting together my sofa. They showed me how to open it up to be a bed. They were courteous and cleaned the job site without me having to ask.
Loving everything I buy
Everything comes well packaged and quality is awesome. Not once have I regretted buying something from Wayfair. From Carpets to furniture I am always satisfied.
Worst app
1 Star This app has become extremely frustrating to use. Every time I try to view a product I want to buy, the app immediately hides the product, freezes, or gets stuck loading. Most of the time it just says, “Something went wrong,” and never recovers. On top of that, prices have gone up, but the app’s performance has gotten worse instead of better. It’s impossible to shop when the app constantly freezes and won’t even let you look at products. Please fix these issues. Right now, the app is unreliable and makes shopping a frustrating experience. I can’t recommend it until these problems are resolved.

When you don’t let people order
Been trying for 3 days to place my order, nothing in the App says they’re doing a system update. So it said to call, I call and after being on hold for them to research, they came back with “system update”. But nowhere does it say or come up, they say I can order by only using a chad app or debit card and if I don’t get the sale price or my discount to contact them again, ?! Yeah, so order and then they’ll never give you the sale price of discount, sounds legit

Myself my daughter and at least 6 friends I know have been unable to access the website for weeks, it says need a newer phone to upload. Anybody else been having this problem?
Don’t buy from Wayfair
Their customer service can’t cancel orders (That haven’t even shipped yet) and they’re too braindead to be able to change order destinations prior to shipment as well.
My Wayfair
I just love Wayfair. I have loved everything that I have ordered. I only had to send a couple things back due to moving and not having the room. I’m never disappointed with the quality and and the items I have received look exactly as pictured.
