The worst app ever. Always tells me no space available even though the app itself shows spaces available. Won’t accept my payment and won’t let me delete it to put in another card
Needs CarPlay and Offline mode
Offline mode and CarPlay widget needed desperately. Many parking garages are underground and users lose cellular data when parking. Knowing which spaces are available or which specific space would be helpful in offline mode. Also for a parking app NOT to have a CarPlay widget is just unacceptable.
Will revisit review once these two extremely basic features are implemented.

The worst
I really don’t know why companies sign up for their service. It takes a very simple process of assigning people parking spot and makes it incredibly hard to do.
Ui change make it difficult to know todays parking spaces
Know 2 people who read the app wrong and ended yo collecting fines.

Tiene el sistema de asignación de plazas más absurdo que he visto nunca. Pides plaza eléctrica y no te la dan nunca pero resulta que a tus compañeros con coches de gasolina si se la dan. Y lo mejor de todo si libero mi plaza en el mismo día y chequeo la disponibilidad de plazas si que te deja seleccionar una eléctrica. Entonces me pregunto por qué no me asignáis esa plaza eléctrica desde el principio cuando pido plaza con dos semanas de antelación. He llegado a la conclusión de que lo hacéis a boleo y os da igual el tipo de coche, el tamaño y todo lo demás. Un desastre

No problems, much better than the old system we used
The app does not work
They installed it at our office underground garage. The app relies on internet and geolocation and immediate contact to the Wayleader server in order to open the gate. 9 out of 10 times the app doesn’t work either due to it’s inability to get reception in an underground garage or because it just freezes. Everyone at work hates it.

Gracias a Wayleadr puedo reservar plaza en el parking del trabajo cuando mejor me viene y rápido. Funcionalidades fáciles de usar. Buen diseño. Un must !
Garbage update broke the widget
Had a very convenient widget on my lock screen, but after updating, it disappeared, and now it seems that option is no longer available. This change was not mentioned in the update notes either, which I really don’t appreciate. Terrible update. I would avoid it if possible.
Only works in ideal situations
I use this app to reserve parking at work, but most of the time, parking is in underground or covered garages with bad network reception. The app can not function in poor network areas which is a majority of the use case for this app.
This means I can’t open gates for parking garages. Worst experience I’ve ever had with an app in general

Been using the app for some months now and found it so easy to use! From booking spaces, nudging, the reminders it sends, everything is so straightforward

Easy to manage but reservation sometimes not work as expected
I have tried the application for several months and it is great how easy I can reserve, release a parking space when there is enough free space in the parking.
Instead when you need toor require to reserve an specific time slot, trying to change or adjust the time for the parking slot, sometimes is a bit nightmare because the slide is hard to adjust with your fingers and the time rotors does not get the time I tried to set. That should be fixed.
