Can’t register

I can’t register because it never sends a code to my phone number. This ruined my day; there are no other chargers near my hotel. Also there is no English option. I don’t understand why I can’t just pay with card at the charger; I don’t want to use an app.

FAQ

What does Waylet do?

Waylet is a mobile application that allows users to pay for fuel at Repsol Group service stations and electric vehicle (EV) charging points. It also helps users locate and reserve nearby EV charging stations, plan routes for electric vehicles, and manage payment cards, tickets, and coupons.

How can I save money with Waylet?

You can save on your electric recharges with exclusive Waylet tariffs. Additionally, by purchasing gift cards for stores like MediaMarkt, El Corte Inglés, and Decathlon through the app, you can earn discounts of up to 10% to use on future purchases.

Is Waylet compatible with my electric vehicle?

The app is designed to support electric vehicle owners. It helps you find and reserve charging points, plan routes with charging stops, and monitor your car's battery level. It integrates with services like Maps or Waze for route export.

How do I pay using Waylet?

Paying with Waylet is designed to be convenient and secure. At participating Repsol Group service stations, you can pay for fuel directly from your car. For EV charging, you can pay at the charging points. The app uses QR codes and a PIN for validation, with advanced security measures like reinforced authentication (SCA) and PSD2 compliance.

Can I use Waylet for more than just EV charging?

Yes, Waylet offers a range of additional services. You can use it to pay for parking meters in green and blue zones, purchase gift cards for various retailers, and even pay for car washes at Repsol Klin automatic car washes.
