The app is very difficult to navigate, too many confusing pages and not very intuitive at all. I think they need to make an app as easy as Natwest bank app, Revolut app or Intesa San Paolo app
Horrible App
There are functioning banking apps all over the world, from Wise (online) to Bank of America (US), even - and everything in between. The BBVA ES app is horrible. Literally the #1 thing people want to do when they open their app is to view their balance. To view your balance on this app, you log in (with a laughably weak password, since it limits passwords to like 6-7 characters which is insane), then you have to do a secondary SMS code verification before it will show your balance. Heaven forbid you want to look at your list of most recent charges. There’s a transactions section — which has Bizum and transfers. Literally the easiest things should be 1.) seeing your balance. 2.) quickly seeing your most recent charges. Somehow the app manages to make both of those a confusing, multi-step process that’s anything but straightforward. Don’t try to invent the wheel, BBVA — at this point, just copy one of your competitors because any app would be better than this one. Seriously, please invest in like minimal UX research. This app is the opposite of user friendly. Very frustrating.
