Can’t register
I can’t register because it never sends a code to my phone number. This ruined my day; there are no other chargers near my hotel. Also there is no English option. I don’t understand why I can’t just pay with card at the charger; I don’t want to use an app.

Inmejorable servicio humano
Me han atendido inmejorablemente en l estación de servicio. Tanto Gema como Conchi se merecen el mejor de los premios por su ayuda y profesionalidad. 5 estrellas para ellas, las 3 estrellas son porque soy un poco analógico y al ser la primera vez me llevo unos minutos de más registrarme
Application
Nous avons téléchargé l’application afin de recharger notre voiture électrique en Espagne (nous sommes français) et nous n’avons jamais réussi à aller plus loin que la première étape qui était de rentrer notre numéro de carte d’identité. Soit disant le format n’était pas valide. Nous avons finalement abandonné après 25min à essayer. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

Waste of time
If you want to waste 15 min in a parking lot to give this app a lot of personal information (name , ID number, email, phone number) and then be unable to use it because it won’t send the SMS confirmation code to your non Spanish phone numbers then this is the app for you. Terrible app.
Nothing worked, and wanted passport information
Worst onboarding experience I’ve had with charging app. No translation option, integration with google or apple didn’t work, manual registration wanted your passport information (???) and then wouldn’t work. 10 minutes and gave up

No funciona
Cuando creo una cuenta la aplicación se cierra. Ahora no puedo desvincular mi NIE de mi correo. Es porque mi correo tiene un punto en el nombre? Suena algo muy básico para que no funcione.

Do not use if not Spanish
Would have been useful if they let you know before creating an account, setting up a credit card ( accepted by the way) that when you start to charge it does not in fact take foreign credit cards. No idea why this would be. Rubbish

Nightmare
Tried to download the App to set up for charging EV car. Why no options for English to help tourists in your country.
Spain was always glad of tourism but now they are more affluent it seems that the people who helped them get there are no longer appreciated. Is it a big deal to make the App easily accessible to all.

AWFUL app. Terrible experience.
We’re tourists visiting Spain and this app is a nightmare. It demands huge amounts of personal data just to sign up, then makes it almost impossible to register if you don’t have various Spanish details. When you just want to charge and get on with your trip, this level of hassle is infuriating. Get rid of your apps and just put a card reader on your machines - the world will thank you for it.

Not convenient!
Not a convenient way to pay when you are outside in the heat and needing to download a whole app, sign up, get an email, add a payment method, and do many things just to get the app going. It took 13 minutes to sign up (and I’m “fast” compared to just putting Apple Pay at the stations. Really stupid and inconvenient
