Resets Password on iPhone
This app gives me to reset my password any time I want to check my balance. My husband uses the app on Android and never has this issue.
Doesn’t update in realtime
For a banking app, it really lacks in its ability to update in realtime. You’d think it would especially if it’s a banking app.

Problems
This new app has an attitude. When it works it works well but there are a lot of times that it does not. Needs improvement asap.
This is worse than the actual bank
The app hardly ever works it constantly signs you out. It doesn’t offer enough support. You still end up having to call customer service ever since the new update. I’m constantly being locked out of my account with my credentials being correct.
Get rid of the question ad on my banking page
You need two factor authentication instead of making people change passwords every three months. And you keep shutting of my Face ID and I have to keep logging into my account. Also I don’t want those quiz questions on my page it’s annoying. Compared to other banks you buckle and dime your customers and charge 12.00 for the privilege of using your debit card. That’s not a good way to treat customers. I also don’t like to be told I have to use my savings or be charged a fee. How I use my accounts is my business. If I was able to I’d change banks.

I miss my old app
Bank of the finger lakes had a great app, easy to use and I could check transactions that were more than a month old. Since Wayne bank took over I have been very frustrated using their app. I get booted off or the app just closes on me. There is no instant balance check and sometimes it just won’t open. This app is very inconvenient for the user. As a business owner sometimes I just need to check my balance on the fly to see if I can pull the trigger on a bill or purchase. There have been times where it has taken 20 minutes to get logged in to check my balance and see if I need to move funds around. Probably going to switch my bank because of this app.

Love the people, love the service. I have been with them for 15 years or more. I would highly recommend them.

I have been using Wayne’s app since it first came out and they have made good improvements and they have kept the app very user friendly.
NO INTERNET CONNECTION?
I have 5G on my phone and my house internet speed is about 600Mps. This app continues saying No internet connection. 🤬
iPhone XS Max problems
After upgrading to latest version, app does not load. I only have a white screen and can’t do anything. App needs fixing.
Core functionality Good
The app does provide the basic functions needed to check balances, make transfers and pay bills. The bill pay process is a bit cumbersome. Also, credit from incoming ACH / Wires is delayed. More advanced services such as wires and sending multiple payments aren’t available.

I regularly use apps at multiple banks and this one is by far the easiest to use! I can deposit checks from my phone and transfer money between my accounts and I never have any issues. I use it every single week and it saves me so much time.

I just got off the phone with someone to fix login problems with the app. I had to redo user Id, and password again.
Eventually I was able to login on my pc, but the app isn’t working. Of course I’m getting the attitude from the support person. It’s not like I use several other banking apps, that don’t require monthly rebooting. Uhhggg
