I’ve tried over 4 challenges..
I saw a lot of reviews mentioning that you can’t keep the program after the challenge is done.
However, I have not had this experience. I have still been able to use previous challenges. It’s not “active” but you can absolutely start from the beginning and keep track of what day you are on, since it automatically defaults to the first day.
I think the meal plans are soo soo good. I cook everyday and these have been the best healthiest meals ( the smoothies are amazing! ) and yes you can swap out a meal if you don’t like the one listed ( plus there’s so many to choose from). I have tried previous apps and meal plans and they lacked a lot of flavor and variety.
My only suggestion would be that the app should include warm up and cool downs, since these are essential for muscle recovery & performance.

Can’t keep the program
I like the programs I just don’t like you can’t keep them for later use? Like you spend all this money on her program yet you can’t keep it on the app? You have to download each and every one of them in order to use it in the future. Mind you there are probably about 100+ exercises. If I’m going to spend my money on a pricey program then at least let us keep it in the app for whenever and as long as we want. DISAPPOINTED!

Weird app that has potential
I started one day late so I lost that day already. The app started on day 2. There needs to be a better grocery list than listing by ounces how much you need. I need 1/3 cups of raspberries? For the week? For the day? I’m confused or just listing 4oz of chicken? I was unaware I needed to weigh my food. Then you sit there and add it up to see what you actually need to go grocery shopping is extra work. The food photos are deceiving there’s sandwich wrap photos for the meal of turkey breast with lettuce n siracha like cmon just take the extra time to take the proper photos. I bought this thinking I can manage it but the meals and snacks are meant to be made as if I have a full kitchen but I’m at the office so I can’t meal prep the frozen smoothie. It would be helpful to give you a list of items you need for the at HOME workouts because it assumes you own a full gym in there with bands, leg bands, dumbbells when it would be nice to see what you need first before starting the program. I purchased later reading the reviews, should be a section to add substitutes in food but I didn’t find it. Saw the app disappears after the programs over, shame because I would like to keep the workout plans seeing I paid for it.

App is glitchy
How do I get into the app, I have been trying to complete my challenge but I can’t even the workouts because it won’t even load
Great workouts but something is missing
The workouts and the app interface is great but adding a timer will go a LONG way. It’s very inconvenient having to switch back and forth to time yourself.
