i can’t believe this is a product for sale….
it never worked.
as in ever.
i barely managed to do the settings on it.
before it would show me the live view if i was lucky….
now 2 years later it’s unusable.
to bad because the hidden aspect of it was a verry cool idea.
developer, sort this out man, it’s a joke.

can’t look at footage anymore
can’t look at footage or download anymore not useful if there is an accident is there a fix coming 不能再看镜头或下载了，如果发生事故，就没用了，会有修复程序吗？

shocking typical updates and now does not work

I feel like I’ve wasted money having my dash cam put in because I can’t access or download the footage so it’s pretty pointless. App keeps shutting itself down when you try and do anything. Absolutely awful! Make sure you get a dash cam that doesn’t need this app!!

Unable to get videos from app
The video is good, the download speed is good but my downloaded videos are stuck within the app!
I have no way of moving them off onto my phone. I only get the delete option. I have read the instructions numerous times without success.
I also do not get any saved videos when I manually save on the camera. It just stops recording for a time then starts again.
Very frustrating and now wishing I’d of bought another dash cam.

Not a good camera or app
It would be nice if this dash cam & app worked. I am going insane trying to get it to work.
Terrible app
This app is not as good as it looks. Keeps buffering, freezes when you want to playback footage. Keeps disconnecting when you view footage. Please update this app as it’s not working well.
Requires updates
Burns the microsd card. Does not loop properly. Date stamp does not work.
Camera good crap app
Bought through a Groupon deal. Camera seems good but app appauling. Basically doesn't work rendering the camera useless if you were planning on downloading footage via Wi-Fi.

Terrible app
If you can manage to get through to your files you might be able to scroll through them before it disconnects you from the dashcam and force closes the app. If you’re lucky enough to get as far as viewing a clip the app will tell you it’s disconnected from the dashcam even if it’s still downloading the file!! In my opinion the fact that this app is so bad makes the dashcam completely useless.

Crap
The product does not work as described. Video is max 10” long, huge gaps in time lasp between videos. Sometimes the the app connects sometimes not. So the whole idea of recoding all and any events is not guaranteed. The firm best update the firmware and replace the product with something that does as described to anyone that made the mistake to buy it.

It’s rubbish app, I had some issue on road and trying to download video but it’s kept crashing.
