Bad app
This app has been showing an error code and doesn’t work most the time. I’ve tried reaching out to I’ve tried deleting app I’ve tried everything. Nothing and no response
Never stops pushing paperless
I like this app. It gives me the snapshot I like. I only gave it two stars because it always asked if I want to switch to paperless.
Now after saying no 100 times I might be in a hurry and screw up.

Broken
The app worked fine until a week ago and now it will no longer log me in. I get an error message saying the system error. I have tried deleting app and downloading again and clearing cache and still unable to log in. Have to go to the actual website to log in. Please FIX
Excellent Website
It is easy to search for information and reports. It is also easy to gather end/of-year income tax statements.

I am impressed how Wealthscape Investor not only minute by minute updates my portfolio in general, but details the status of individual investments throughout the day.
I rely on WI to keep track of my funds and I review WI a minimum of 10 times a day to check my portfolio balance.

App no longer works with iOS 26.6. I have un-installed and reinstalled app, including reinstalling will h latest Wealthscape Investor 6.0.2 version on 8-17-2026 and it still does not work. Getting “Suspicious Link Detected” security warning with Norton 360.

Very satisfied
I’ve had this account for over 12 years and have received outstanding support and service from the very beginning.
No longer works
App stopped working about a week ago. Now you can’t get to a login screen. Useless.

The app was great until a week ago 7/24/2026now it wont load.
No Customer Support
I’m trying to connect my Wealthscape Investor account through Plaid to my ChatGPT account to keep track of all my investment accounts. The login is broken for Wealthscape Investor and there is no support site to let anyone know! Even the app support link on the App Store only takes you to the login page. There is no support button when you login either. The old streetscape website sends you to broken links and this is a disaster that needs to be sent upwards to IT or someone to fix!

Not a banking app
The purpose of this app is to track your investments. That’s it. They’re pretty upfront about it. It has no real banking functionality - no bill pay, no EFT, no wire, no real account management, etc. It’s pretty useless unless you like looking at graphs. A completely middling and unambitious app.

App for Wealthscape investor
App needs update to accommodate for iPhone users with enlarged script turned on . The app currently becomes so enlarged that you cannot see what you are looking for this users have to turn off enlarged script to see the app results but suffer the inability to read the rest of their phone . Please fix this ! Thanks

Every time I open the app it asks for a rating and review - b/c of that I am rating it 1 star. Enough!! Ask once a month - not everytime I open app!!
