Amazing program and app
Horrible phone and support
When Weave was privately owned, it was a decent service offering but now that’s its corporate, it’s such a massive failure and disappointment. That’s what happens when you prioritize profits over people.
This app simply doesn’t work and new problems occur daily. I’ve tried contacting support, but you can’t reach a person who can help or works on your issue. Instead, they shuffle you into an endless chain of unhelpful, non-detailed emails and nothing ever gets resolved. It’s a joke.
I am currently searching for a new service - one that actually works and offers support to fix problems.

Overall, the Weave service is okay, but the iOS app is very flawed. It’s buggy and riddled with workflow inconveniences that hinder productivity. For what Weave charges, this should be much better.
Not optimal
Calling patients through the app while connected to a Bluetooth device (in a car for example) does some funky things with the phone app and volume. Current version has been horrible resulting in the spinning loading wheel of death forcing you to force close app and reload and even then the red badges don’t show up inside the app if you have calls or

Loosing business too glitchy
Today we lost 2 clients today and have been getting so many complaints for clients who say they call and we don’t get the call on our end. Terrible and no support or solutions.
Disappointingly Clunky and erratic
Difficult to use, this flawed app does the bare minimum, poorly. The user interface is difficult to use, the calling features are barebones, need to often close the app and relaunch between each call. You have no access to your preset preferences, text message templates, voice mail feature is a joke often not working. Almost every single interaction requires couple tries to go through. Overall probably the weakest and most disappoint part of the weave experience.

App crashes
Any time you open the patient tab the app freezes and closes. Hasn’t been addressed in months
$250/mo yet poor call quality
App not working when you try to go into the address book. Too expensive of an app for this nonsense.
Stop Asking for Face Recognition to Login
I don’t want to use my face to login to this app, surprised that’s even on there and it asks every single time you login. There should be a way to decline and not keep popping up. Because of this my email used to already be typed in but now I have to manually type out email , it’s like they’re trying to get you to do the facial login. Also there is a bug right now when I want to search up to text someone, each patient shows like it’s blank like we’ve never messaged back and forth. I also wish the app was more like the desktop version on the app the messages are all jumbled together in “inbox” section - it shows messages we already read and messages sent out. I do like the scheduled messaging feature

App doesn’t work anymore
I can no longer use the app. I have deleted and re-downloaded to no avail. I open weave, it does a blue loading circle, then just a white screen. All I see is this blank white screen. Can’t log in, reset, nothing. Useless for now
New update is awful
I’ve had the Weave app for a while and it’s been great. This new update however ruined it by making the log in a giant pain. It no longer remembers my username and password even though they’re saved in my Passwords. When I select to use Face ID to log in, it does not save the selection, and has asked me to set it up again every time I’ve logged in. I also have to wait for a code to be emailed to me and enter the verification code every single time after putting my username and password in. The app was so convenient, but I will definitely not be using it anymore when it takes 5 minutes of jumping through hoops every time I log in.
