Do not book thru Webjet
My booking for Virgin flights where incorrectly sent to Virgin so could not check in online. They blamed Virgin. I was unable to board my flight as the boarding pass couldn’t be printed.
Webjet were happy to take my money but not willing to sort this problem their system created on Virgin.

I had been using Webjet since early 20,s the best online travel agency I had ever trusted. They are very convenient for an emergency booking on and off to Philippines since then and until at present. You can mix and match airline services and complete reservations right away and prices are quite competitive.
Also customer services are very responsive and reliable communication with your bookings when fly changes, cancellations or booking disruptions.
They even provide notifications in your calendar thanks.

App keeps freezing me out
Not great from that perspective as I have to continue closing and opening the app. Also, my flight PNR hasn’t been added to the airline of choice and I need to change the booking via there for seating requirements and cannot

Compassionate refunds
I was recently on holiday and a family member got very ill and I wasn’t able to change flights and had to just loose the whole costs of flights. I felt this was not very considerate.

Too many ads
I will never use Webjet again if you insist on all these ads. I don’t mind my trip updates but never ending ads are too much.
