Practical
A really good practical app to find flights
Risk check
The thought is to use this platform for multiple connecting flights. I found the easiest, best timed travel plan and booked. Turns out it went through a check. Which is fine, it’s for my safety. But no payment was made and it wasn’t secured. What’s the point of a safety check when it adversely impacts the customer you’re trying to help. The fix - I found out at 5pm I had 6 hours to reverify payment or lose the booking via one payment platform. Alternatively I could waste my time booking the exact same trip and and get back choice of payment. Who is this helping?

Do not book thru Webjet
My booking for Virgin flights where incorrectly sent to Virgin so could not check in online. They blamed Virgin. I was unable to board my flight as the boarding pass couldn’t be printed.
Webjet were happy to take my money but not willing to sort this problem their system created on Virgin.
Never using Webjet again

This platform trusted, easy to use, convenient, pricing good, excellent customer support 😘
I had been using Webjet since early 20,s the best online travel agency I had ever trusted. They are very convenient for an emergency booking on and off to Philippines since then and until at present. You can mix and match airline services and complete reservations right away and prices are quite competitive.
Also customer services are very responsive and reliable communication with your bookings when fly changes, cancellations or booking disruptions.
They even provide notifications in your calendar thanks.

It’s great
It’s a great site
App keeps freezing me out
Not great from that perspective as I have to continue closing and opening the app. Also, my flight PNR hasn’t been added to the airline of choice and I need to change the booking via there for seating requirements and cannot
Mr
I like the straight forward clear systems
Webjet
This is the best site to use, for booking flights, weather domestically or internationally. They give you a wide range of flight options, to suit your needs.
Compassionate refunds
I was recently on holiday and a family member got very ill and I wasn’t able to change flights and had to just loose the whole costs of flights. I felt this was not very considerate.

Web Jet always the best I had looked online for ages cause I wanted to do a certain variation in my trips almost doubled the price everywhere else thank you
