Payment Taken, No Tickets, No Support
I had a terrible experience with this app. I bought two tickets, my payment was successfully charged, but I never received the tickets. They don’t appear in the app either, making them completely inaccessible.
I contacted customer support several times, but they were unprofessional and unhelpful. Instead of resolving the issue, I was passed around without any real assistance.
Save your money and avoid buying tickets through this app. There are much more reliable alternatives.

Ca m’ennuie vraiment de devoir installer une app, de donner mes info perso et devoir repondre a un questionnaire sur mes gout juste pour avoir access a mon ticket (que j’ai payé) a un event. Je sens que je vais etre spam comme pas possible!

Paid for 4 tickets, received an invoice, but never received the tickets. It’s been 10 days and support has not replied to a single message. My money is gone and I got nothing in return. This feels like spam. Very disappointing experience. Avoid until they start respecting their customers.

DO NOT BUY OR SELL. You’re better off buying or selling on other reseller websites!
Beware of these guys because they cancel your ticket, claiming you violated terms and conditions or you involved in resale of tickets. When you did not. You can find many victims of this behaviour by the platform on X. It also seems very fishh to me that queues are suspiciously long. Anyways, what matters is my experience as a customer. And it was 10 times better purchasing the ticket from another reseller platform with (actual) guarantees and responsive customer support!

Dishonest and shady business practices
I’d avoid attending any venue or event that requires you to use WeBook for tickets.
Their shady business practices leave you out of pocket if an event is falsely advertised.
They refuse to issue refunds despite tickets being purchased from them and hide behind nonsense T&Cs designed to deceive buyers.

No numbers that work, an app that locks you out, wasted money on tickets. Good job they have a monopoly as nobody would use otherwise. Hope the prove me wrong and raise their game.

للأسف للدخول لمعرض الكتاب أجبرت أن أقوم بالتسجيل في هذا التطبيق والذي بدوره أجبرني على اختيار بيانات لا تمثلني وليست لي علاقة بها من أندية مفضلة وفيلم مفضل وللأسف مغني مفضل!!! لذا فبالنسبة لي على الأقل هذه الإحصاءات الخاصة بهذا التطبيق -إن وجدت- فإنها غير حقيقية ولا تمثل الواقع من قريب أو بعيد!
