Does not stay connected. When I tap icon and connect why doesn’t VPN stay connected. When I pay you I expect to be covered at all times on all three devices.

This app doesn’t stay connected

I have had to open 2 tickets so far and I’m about to do a 3rd. I don’t know why my VPN keeps disconnecting and not reconnecting automatically?! I had to download new app that was supposed to be better but I beg to differ!! I’ve reconnected my VPN over 8x in last 34 hrs. How is that secure?
