Hello, so the reason I gave it to one right now, which I Will actually change two or three. I changed it to a three from one because of the people that work at the branch I go to. These people work very hard and they are the most personable people ever. The reason I was gonna give it a one is because I do not have toggle overdraft yet somehow something got taken out and now I’m in the negative and that’s not OK.

Not happy
Why did I finance my home with them??? Now I am stuck with this CU until the rates drop, or I find a comparable rate.
First, you cannot lock your card online anywhere. That’s ridiculous, I had fraudulent activity over the Labor Day weekend, and I had to wait until Tuesday to dispute the charge. Than there is the 2 day early direct deposit. 99 percent of the Banks and CU’s have that feature, Webster First does not.
The icing on the cake was when I wanted to make a transfer to another Bank. They actually charge fees, who does that??
And to think I closed my Capital One account to make Webster First my primary CU. Now I am sorry, and cannot wait to jump ship.

Site Down Too Often
This app is down too often which is extremely frustrating.
Wow great app
Very useful app to do my bill pay and banking. Never had a problem with it. The staff over at webster 1st are top notch and always there and willing to help when needed.
Great Advocating
After applying for a Personal Loan, the loan officer reached out to me to explore all my options. I hadn't thought about refinancing my vehicle and taking out a loan at a sum
which included the equity. Ultimately, this allowed me to consolidate my debt, essentially having one loan at a lesser interest rate.

Happy but not satisfied
App is pretty easy to use but I really dislike how I can’t lock my card and unlock it as needed. I was watching real time on the app as someone was making fraudulent charges and could not lock my card I just had to dispute the charges the next day. My wife banks at Sandtader and she laughed at me the I couldn’t lock and unlock my card as needed.

Atm
The Douglas branch needs a updated atm like the Webster one has it is very disappointing that I have to travel there to deposit money when my bank is only 15 minutes round trip versus 30 minutes and it’s even worse when you travel there and the atm is down my work ours don’t allo me to make it to the bank to deposit money when needed!!!

Always able to take time to help with any questions or concerns. Making sure that all questions and concerns are addressed. The staff always meets the public with a smile and pleasant demeanor. Never feel rushed or like just a customer. The personnel working the branch in Fitchburg feel like extended family. The app is not working system update.

I updated my iPhone 11 to IOS15 and now I am never prompted to save the password in the iPhone password manager “keychain”. Before it would allow me to access passwords I have for 2 different accounts. It would show the suggested password for the account above the keyboard. Now it just has “passwords” above the keyboard and I must search for the account name. It’s just a few added steps that are just a quirky pain to be required to do.
