Moved to Florida in 2014, and kept my accounts open without any issues with transfers, paying bills, & moving funds to other accounts with ease throughout the country!

I can not add new payees nor can I edit existing
Tough adjustments to new bank.
Expierence with bank staff has been terrific.
Normal functions like daily ATM limit set way to low. Put so much into setting up Bill Payees surprised they all go out by check expected 7 days later?? Hello I’m paying it this way for speed🤷🏼♂️. Is this a way of charging monthly maint fees etc?
Huge surprise to see bank re-issue ATM cards. Impressed but 1 week after I join the bank an get things set-up!! 😠.

Great Customer Service
I am not very savvy with all this new technology and haven’t had a bank account in seven years and the stuff on front Street. Especially Sam has been very accommodating helpful. And allow me to successfully use my account. I really enjoy the app.

How could it get worse. Well Webster5 will show you. It is impossible to use. No keyboard to type in information. Only way to enter information is copy and paste. How can you have an app that doesn’t have a popup keyboard to entered information. At least the old app it was easy to enter information. But this new app is severely limited to where a child could probably create a more useful app. I sure hope they did pay someone to make this garbage.

Poor descriptions and direction on how to use APP. Can’t locate accounts that should be visible. Poor navigation tools.
