After having booked my video Consultation appointment, It would have been more assuring to have a follow up instruction message in prep for the session at least a day in advance and not just an hour. Thanks

Internal errors
Was signed up to this through work and am attempting to select ‘request second opinion’ and it keeps giving an internal error message. Apps ‘up to date’ - not usable as won’t allow options to be selected
Unusable
This app barely works. Spent an hour trying to book an appointment, never ended up speaking to a doctor / medical professional. Save your time and go somewhere else
Can’t verify
Worn open the camera to verify ID document, so can’t book a consultation or anything.
Poor app
Rubbish app. Cannot not register. Constantly allows me to take front of id, but freezes when trying to add the reverse picture required. Can’t register for assistance as a result

Not useful
The my strength and we care apps are not user friendly. The id verification does not work. The activities are not useful whoever created these has no idea of mental health and has clearly never suffered with mental health issues, anxiety or stress. I have found better therapy and processes on my own

Internal error message for seemingly over 12 months. No update. No messages to employer advising of ways to contact. What’s the point ?

There are contradictions between the information about the process on the WeCare app and the Teladoc site.
Available callback times are very limited.
You can’t view your booked telephone callback times.
You can’t cancel or amend your booked telephone callbacks.
You can’t view GP CVs and choose an appropriate one, as you can with better competitors.
It feels like the NHS but with an app.
All in all, if this wasn’t free with work I wouldn’t use it. My previous provider was way way ahead of this game.

Tried to verify my ID and the app just keeps freezing and won’t take the photo.

App consistently shows ‘no availability’ when selecting appointments the app advises are actually available
No access code
The app is rubbish!
You have to enter some access code but they don’t say how or where to get it, so the registration is useless and doesn’t work.

Can’t even Register
My employer has signed up to this and I’ve tried to register but it’s keeps saying password invalid even though it matches all the requirements necessary. Given up trying to register which is a shame as I wanted to access the service.
Not helping my mental state
Is it just me or is anyone else finding that they go to open this app, go to enter the login details and the app just ends? I have recently been signed off for a month and thought I would use the app to see what help is offered as my employer has signed up to this service. Unable to get past the login screen does not help.

Doesn’t work
Tried to book a telephone appointment and when I got to the last screen it showed an error message “we need more information, please go back to settings and fill out all information”. Then you go to settings and there is nothing missing, try to book a telephone call again and on last screen the same error message again. What a waste of time this is.

Great Medical service
The doctor managed to solve my medical concerns through video very quickly. I could even upload my last records and scans... without moving from home.
