DOESN’T WORK
They just made the machine mass produced it and didn’t worry about the software all of their apps suck
Seems cool, lacking a lot…
This app has some of the basis that makes the desktop app neat, and even promises to provide some of that functionality. However, in practice, this is not actually achieved. The only material that this app will let one engrave is basswood, as you cannot change the material, even though it clearly intends for you to be able to change. It lacks the stock images, the different types of item engraving and cut functions, and there is no AI generation of media for burn to project. Overall, it seems neat, but lacks a lot of the core functions that make this a good app on desktop, leading one to ask, “what is the point of this mobile app?”. Maybe this would be fine for the Lumos, but for the Vision Pro, this is just unacceptable.

Piece of poo poo
I bought a WeCreat laser printer and while the machine itself looks clean and well-built, the app completely ruins the experience. Instead of giving you clear instructions on how to connect via Bluetooth, it floods you with other people’s crafts.
You can’t even change font styles or move your design once you’ve made it — it’s incredibly limiting. The app is glitchy, confusing, and feels like it was made more for social media than actual use.
Honestly, this was a waste of money. I regret not going with a better brand that actually supports creative control and usability. If you care about design flexibility or reliable software, look elsewhere.

The app on my iPhone doesn’t work. I can upload a design, but it won’t let me change the material and it won’t start a project. The only way to use it is with my laptop.
Worse than the iPad version
Shame on the designers who made the software. The machines themselves are very high quality. Software should be a major priority because frustrating the customer is never a good idea. FIX THIS

Not intuitive at all. How do you change font styles when doing text??! Doesn’t send the projects to the machine🙄. Why publish an app that is clearly not working seamlessly? This makes me regret buying this machine and not the xtool. Have the choice to save your projects to a file that you can access from the cloud. I suggest you study the Cricut or the silohuette apps and mimic the features they have. Urgghh! It’s so frustrating when you can’t use a business equipment that is not efficient.

Allows me to see image on project but does not start project. I ended up just using my laptop. Being able to use my iPhone would have been great though.

Put your info into log in and hit log in and it goes back to needing log in info.

Venice to have a tool to do curved items like a wooden bowl or spoons etc… like what xtool new machine can. Also be cool to get app when doing metal to color engrave on metal if possible.
