This is your current App Store description with the two link lines already added at the bottom — and that's the fix. You've done the essential part. Two things before you save and reply to Apple:
1. The links are correctly placed. The Terms of Use (EULA) and Privacy Policy links are now in the App Description, which is exactly what Apple's rejection asked for given you're on the Standard License Agreement. That clears 3.1.2(c). Save it.
2. Your description copy has the same AI-tells you're scrubbing everywhere else. Since you're editing this field anyway, you might as well fix the two spots that contradict your voice work — but this is optional and shouldn't block the Apple reply. The tells:
"all in one beautifully simple place" — "beautifully simple" is the empty-intensifier tell, and "all in one place" is the tic you're killing everywhere
"so nothing slips through the cracks" — the "so nothing slips" phrase you flagged as a repeated tic
The em-dashes throughout (you're going dash-free everywhere else)
"Whether you're a photographer, planner..." — the "whether you're X or Y" opener that's an AI construction
