They never come on the time that you book it for.
Everytime I book a taxi hours before the appointed time, they never arrive on time. They don’t even have the common courtesy of sending a message and the male operator on the phone has no manners whatsoever and speaks to people in a rude manner.
Terrible Cash Only Service
Pre-booked my taxi. 20 mins late it arrived. The base kept cutting off my call. Apparently the taxi driver told me they don’t like picking up passengers that pay by card so they avoid them. Nice! In our newly contactless world good luck with that one! First and last time i will use.
Can’t pay by card
Doesn’t seem to let you pay by card anymore unless you call them I hate calling people so doing that is just gives me anxiety, booking over the app was the best way for me.
