Every time I’ve used WeGo it’s been a great ride with exceptional drivers. The only downside is that it’s so hard to book a ride! I understand it’s because it’s so successful, but I’d love to see eventual expansion again!

That would be most helpful for people who work but can’t drive or have anyone to take and pick up.

Pretty cheap transport in Gainesville. Just wake up earlier and try to book every several minutes and you'll definitely get your bus
It’s broken
I’ve been trying to get a ride since late January. Coincidently after the last update. I’m asking Via to take a look and fix the WeGo app. My friend downloaded the app last week and tried to get a ride and ran into the same problem I have experienced. The default is “oops! We don’t have a seat for you.” But I actually got a ride home yesterday on WeGo. I was thrilled. I mentioned the problems I’ve had and she was unaware there was a problem. Please help!

Worst app ever. Won’t pick me up but will pick my buddy up who’s standing right next to me. SMH unbelievable if you not in the square in Gainesville forget about even downloading this it don’t work.
I can’t delete my payment method or account
I want to delete my card from this app but it won’t let me do that because it says I have to add at least one payment method. So I wanted to delete my account and I couldn’t do that too! Just let me go!
Love it
Easy to use app, drivers are great. I do have one suggestion, however. If there were an option to schedule a ride in advance, that would be great! I’d even pay a little extra for the service!
