Worthless
It synced with the scale and health for about a week and the 3.0 update broke the app. Can’t do anything. Won’t sync. Won’t log in. Won’t recover a password.
Quit working after months
I got the app and scale in March and have been using it regularly. There is very little to it, it just recorded my weight every time I stepped on the scale. Today I logged in and all my info was gone. It still had my data s far as my height and goal weight and DOB, but my username was gone and the past 4 months of tracking history is gone. Interestingly, it goes back to the first day of use in March, but every day just shoes an increase of one pound— every day the same record. I tried re-registering but the app never sent the email verification. This app is a waste. It is only a glorified notebook anyway so I guess I’ll go back to pencil and paper to track changes.

They broke it
It used to work after the latest update I can’t access. The profile I created and it won’t let me set up a new one. Keeps thinking I haven’t filled in required fields when they are all completed. Useless app right now
Doesn’t work
The app freezes before I can even use it. I bought a scale at Kohl’s assuming it would be better quality than an Amazon scale but this is not worth the $30 I paid. Disappointed.
Listen to the Reviews
When I started the app everything worked great and I thought the reviews were incorrect. However after 4 weigh ins I decided to link everything to Apple Health so I could use my WW app with my my weigh ins. It was then that I realized I couldn’t verify my email, which means I can’t sync with Apple health and all it says now is that the session is “timed out”. The verify email button does nothing. Now I can’t even weigh in without creating a new user slot and getting rid of my progress. The app is useless.
