Ruined by last major update
Everything worked fine before last big update. After the update I lost all my history. Almost a year’s worth. Now even the new history graphs are all screwed up and make no sense. Even tried clicking “Delete Account” while signed in and it just reports “Unknown Error.”
Is this one of those cases where a company fired developers so some inexperienced hack who thinks they can just use AI could do it? Likely.

Worthless
It synced with the scale and health for about a week and the 3.0 update broke the app. Can’t do anything. Won’t sync. Won’t log in. Won’t recover a password.
Quit working after months
I got the app and scale in March and have been using it regularly. There is very little to it, it just recorded my weight every time I stepped on the scale. Today I logged in and all my info was gone. It still had my data s far as my height and goal weight and DOB, but my username was gone and the past 4 months of tracking history is gone. Interestingly, it goes back to the first day of use in March, but every day just shoes an increase of one pound— every day the same record. I tried re-registering but the app never sent the email verification. This app is a waste. It is only a glorified notebook anyway so I guess I’ll go back to pencil and paper to track changes.

They broke it
It used to work after the latest update I can’t access. The profile I created and it won’t let me set up a new one. Keeps thinking I haven’t filled in required fields when they are all completed. Useless app right now
Doesn’t work
The app freezes before I can even use it. I bought a scale at Kohl’s assuming it would be better quality than an Amazon scale but this is not worth the $30 I paid. Disappointed.
Listen to the Reviews
When I started the app everything worked great and I thought the reviews were incorrect. However after 4 weigh ins I decided to link everything to Apple Health so I could use my WW app with my my weigh ins. It was then that I realized I couldn’t verify my email, which means I can’t sync with Apple health and all it says now is that the session is “timed out”. The verify email button does nothing. Now I can’t even weigh in without creating a new user slot and getting rid of my progress. The app is useless.

Worst App Ever
I have never in my life been more frustrated trying to register and use an app in my life. You can’t even verify or reset a password. They have a feedback form that you can fill out but. It even send. It’s impossible to sync to your phone because you can’t verify the account. It’s not that I don’t know what I’m doing. I’ve worked in IT for 15 years. This app is worthless.

Well this stinks
Got the scale and app for Christmas as a gift and bummed it’s not working properly. Constantly says connection timed out. Won’t verify email so I can sync either.

Lots of Issues
Several issues with trying to register. Very frustrating especially with continually timing out. They say it has been fixed in other reviews but seems to be an ongoing issue.
You can’t register the scale
I’ve tried multiple times now but all I get is that connection has timed out. It was cool having the weigh in populate on the app but now it’s getting annoying that I can’t connect it to any of my health apps due to the app not allowing me to register an account

I bought this for the ability to track through apple health. If you use the QR code provided it warns you that it isn’t secure and that someone might be trying g to get your identity info. Then if you use the weighsync app from the App Store it suggests on the box, the connection times out and you can’t register. So the Bluetooth feature is useless.
I read another user complained about this and the response from the company was it was an update issue that has been resolved. It has not obviously been resolved obviously. Unfortunately I don’t have the energy or desire to go back and return it as all the scales at 3 stores I went to are this brand. So I’ll just cut my losses and use it as a regular scale. Hopefully it can handle that simple task.
