About

Most weight apps show you a number that lies. It jumps two pounds overnight because you ate late, and you spend the day feeling like you failed. Weightfile ignores the daily number. It tracks the 7-day trend — the only line that actually moves when your body does. ONE ENTRY A DAY Step on the scale, type the number, close the app. No food database, no barcode scanner, no logging every meal. Weight is required. Calories and macros are optional. THE TREND IS THE HERO Your raw daily entries sit in the background as faint data. The bold line is the 7-day rolling average, computed over calendar days — so a skipped weekend shows up as a gap instead of quietly disappearing. A FILE, NOT A FEED Your progress is kept as a case file with a status stamped on it: GETTING STARTED. ACTUALLY TRYING. VISIBLE EFFORT. PLATEAUED. OFF TRACK. The status is earned from your trend and your streak — not handed out for opening the app. A CLERK, NOT A CHEERLEADER Every day the file gets one line from a records clerk who has heard every excuse before: "Up a kilo overnight? That's last night's takeout, not fat. Come back tomorrow." "Plateau. The body's testing whether you actually mean it." "Trend's dropping. This was supposed to be a bulk, not an accidental cut." No emoji. No exclamation marks. No congratulating you for existing. CUT, BULK OR MAINTAIN Pick a goal and everything reads against it. A drop is progress on a cut and a problem on a bulk, and the app knows the difference. Change your goal later and your history isn't rewritten — every logged day keeps the goal it was logged under. ALSO IN THE FILE • Weigh-in streak, stamped on the dashboard • Calendar history, day by day • Optional calories, protein, fat and carbs against your own targets • Progress photos attached to the day • Reminders for the weigh-in, the macros, and a streak about to break • kg or lb • English and Polish YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE No account. No sign-up. No cloud. Every entry, photo and setting lives in an on-device store, and the whole app works in airplane mode. FREE, AND FREE WHERE IT COUNTS Logging your weight and watching the trend work is free forever, with no crippled math and no ads. A week of history comes with it. One optional purchase opens the full case file: unlimited history, calorie and macro logging, progress photos, switching between cut, bulk and maintain, and the complete clerk's voice. One payment, once. No subscription. Weightfile is a logbook, not medical advice. If something on the scale worries you, talk to a doctor, not a records clerk.
