Latest update is not working. Cant zoom in or make video larger.
Great functionality
The VirtualDoorman app gives us so many options to view and control our building access, and contact VirtualDoorman attendant directly if needed. The ability to provide guest access to the front door and Elevator cab remotely is a game changer. It also notifies us of every package delivery in real time.

App lacks modern features
App does not support Apple Shortcuts. This means you can’t bind opening doors to the Action Button. My previous apt used the DOOR app which had this and it was very convenient. DOOR also had a more modern look and feel.
The app also makes a “door opening” noise when you unlock a door, which pauses your music. There’s no way to disable this “feature.” Your music does not automatically unpause afterwards.
I deducted 1 star each: lack of Shortcuts, the door noise, and overall look and feel.
The one positive is the support people are incredibly responsive and help to the best of their ability.

Horrible service and horrible app. Try for yourself and you’ll see
current version is worse that the previous.
The current version has some serious faults. 1. you have to swipe to open the door. The swipe is just above the door selection. I end up opening doors I dont mean to and not opening the door I want. 2. the scroll is super sensitive and hard to select an option when driving up to the garage, but it doesnt remeber my last selection or that I have the selection starred as a favorite. 3. it seems to have to reload all the options and home screen more often than not when opening the app, requiring me to wait while it loads and then scrolling to find the door and then swiping..,
